Den rummelige opholdsstue kan let rumme en familie sammen med underholdningsområdet og den komfortable spiseafdeling. Også på dette niveau er det veludstyrede køkken perfekt til en hurtig snack eller til at gøre det gourmetmåltid at nyde på Lanai. Stuen sofa åbner toa queen size sovesofa i stand til at rumme 2 gæster. På det lavere niveau er to soveværelser - hver med deres egen Lanai og et separat vaskerum i fuld størrelse. Bare et par skridt er den private mastersuite - med en privat udsigt til haven med Lanai. Vil du tage en forfriskende dukkert? Swimmingpoolen på The Palms of Wailea ligger en kort gåtur gennem tropiske haver. Vil du slentre langs en lang sandstrand? Kihei- Keawakapu-stranden "juvel" ligger også en kort gåtur fra ejendommen. My family had a great stay at this conveniently located condo. Quiet except for a busy road nearby. Plenty of room for 6 people. Lots of towels and dishes.

Great Condo!

My family and I had a two week stay at the condo and it was everything it said it would be. Clean, well-stocked with essentials and a terrific location.There was enough room for all and it was very conveniently located.Would not hesitate staying there again!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Plenty of room and the home was equipped with beach chairs and toys. Close to the beach and the pool was wonderful. The 3 bathrooms came in handy with our large crew. I hope to come again.

Host is goodTownhouse is a long way from the pool and pool is up a steep hill. 15 minute walk to beachTownhouse is a bit cluttered and needs significant upgrades in the bathrooms. Overall the unit is dated and tired . It was clean and well supplied. However the thermostat was locked and could not be adjustedThe bidet in the master had a sign on it “do not use”TV system was quirky but we figured it out. However You need to put in your on logins to stream and we never figured out how to get local channels but not a big deal. Furniture was moderately comfortable. TV is small for a family room. There were beach chairs there however some were broken. Beds were not comfortable for us and the condo is quite dated. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well.Be aware. A busy road goes by the unit so road noise is a significant issue even at night. View from the upstairs patio is ok, you can barely see some ocean through tree canopy. It’s a functional unit but quirky. Not as good or as nice as we had hoped for. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for our family.

Home in paradise

This unit was perfect for 4 adults and one child. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect. We loved sitting on the lanai-beautiful. It’s worth noting this is an old unit at the Palms and it showed its age. In spite of its worn appearance, it’s spaciousness plus all the conveniences and comfort it offered made for an outstanding stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed here 11 years ago and noticed a few changes. The sofa bed had a brand new mattress and new cushions or perhaps was completely new this time so more comfortable for sleeping on. The safe was not working and they had to take it away for repairs so we didn't have that which was very appreciated last time. Any other needs were taken care of within a couple of days so all in all still our favourite place to stay. Easy walk to the beach for most people (even my mom who is 91).

Good bbqThe drawbacks are the twin beds need to be replaced and the carpet I needs to be replaced as well. Also my main complaint is that checkin isn’t until 4pm and cleaning service didn’t arrive until 3:45pm and wasn’t done until 5:30pm. My family was dying to get into the condo as we were at the beach all day. Never got any response from Bello Reality , disappointing.
