The private pool and hot tub, along with an outdoor kitchenette, will make you feel like you've found your own private resort. The enormous privacy fenced and professionally landscaped pool area showcases the large in-ground pool with a built-in hot tub. Several sun loungers make comfortable spots to sunbathe and relax. Two alfresco shaded dining tables are a lovely spot to have lunch or a snack while enjoying the ocean breezes. Enjoy your very own tropical bar with an outside kitchenette. Make sure to raise a glass to your fabulous Topsail Island vacation! Your dedicated beach access is just at the end of your yard. Here, the endless shore awaits you. Dip your toes in the sand and your feet in the water. You never know when you might find a perfect seashell or piece of beach glass.

The large living room is punctuated by sliding glass doors, allowing access to the oceanfront deck. Coastal furnishings evoke the colors of the sea and dark wood palm frond ceiling fans add an elegant touch. A large, formal dining table provides the perfect setup for family-style meals, and there is an adjacent breakfast table and bar seating for added mealtimes. The kitchen is both aesthetically and functionally pleasing. Stainless steel appliances and a center island with a vegetable sink complete this space. A sliding glass door overlooking the sound brings in lovely natural light.

Two primary bedrooms each feature a large and inviting room with plush carpeting and tropical decor. Spoil yourself with morning coffee in your room or on the adjacent oceanfront deck. The primary baths feature dual vanities, a tub overlooking the sound, and a glass-walled shower. A beautiful rattan bedroom suite, with soothing neutral colors has direct access to the oceanfront deck, a TV, and a private en suite bath. A white bedroom suite offers soothing tropical colors, direct oceanfront access, TV, and an en suite bath. Another, in soothing coastal blue, features sound-side deck access,TV, and an en suite bath. BAnother guest room features sound-side deck access, TV, and an en suite bath. The last bedroom has been outfitted as a den, with a sofa bed and TV. This room also has a lovely deck with views of the sound.
