All new appliances and new flooring throughout the home! Enjoy unobstructed ocean views, direct beach access, and a community oceanfront pool. Savor your first cup of coffee in the morning relaxing on one of the oceanfront decks, soaking up the view of the sunrise over the ocean. Have a meal outside with the large outdoor dining table on the oceanfront deck.

Great Vacation Beach Paradise

We had an amazing time at the property. Got to enjoy 2 beautiful days on the beach. We loved the large deck/patio and chairs. Could have used a few more pillows in the rooms, but overall the place was stunning.

Marine visit with grandson

Great place! We had plenty of space and we loved the private deck and walkway to the beach. We cooked in and had plenty of cookware. Look forward to staying in the area again! Thank you!

A great family week!

This home’s design worked easily with 3 small children, loved the large deck, deck furniture, beach toys, and direct access to beach. Well stocked with kitchen items, some updating of appliances and furniture is needed, but overall very pleased with this beautiful home. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Incredible Views and Beautiful Home!

The views from this home are breathtaking! Our cares melted away, sitting in the tall chairs on the front deck viewing the ocean. The home was well stocked with things that we may need. Our family had a wonderful first trip to Top Sail!

Beautiful home with stunning views!

This home is beautifully laid out to allow for every room in the house to have stunning views of the ocean. It’s located in a quiet and private neighborhood so the beach is far less crowded than in homes we’ve visited in the past. Its location on the island is also very conveniently located between both bridges making trips to the mainland easier. We look forward to staying in this home again!

Great Beach House with a Few Minor Fixes

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable — you walk out the back door and you’re just 75 to 100 feet from the sand. I saw some reviews mentioning the view not being great, but I honestly don’t know what more you could want. The view is incredible, and you’re steps away from the beach — it doesn’t get much better. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and very clean when we arrived. You can tell the owners are working hard to make improvements, and overall it’s well on its way to being perfect. The only things that kept this from being a 5-star stay were a few minor issues: the cookware, especially the Teflon pans, definitely needs to be replaced soon, and a few of the handrails on the walkway were loose. The front panel of the kitchen trash can had also come off, and a few bullnose edges on the stair treads (recently redone flooring) had come loose. None of these were major problems, but worth mentioning. Even with those small things, I would 100% stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to others. The location, cleanliness, and comfort outweigh the minor maintenance needs — and I can tell the owners are committed to getting it just right.

Three Night Stay at North Topsail Beach, NC

My wife and I had an enjoyable four day three night stay at the beach this week even though TS Ophelia brought rain on our last full day. We got the rental last minute and it served all our needs. The rental was clean and was well furnished with comfortable furniture. It had a large deck with access to the beach right off the deck. The outside shower to clean the sand off our feet had both hot and cold water. The online check-in and check-out was a breeze with informational texts to guide you through the online process. The only minor negatives for us was that the bedrooms had carpet and there was no hair dryer for my wife. We would rent this property again.

Lovely!

We absolutely loved this house. It smelled wonderful when we walked in! Very clean. It could use some updates, but nothing that would keep us from staying here again. The location was exactly what we wanted. We felt safe and removed from crowds, but close enough to all amenities for what we needed. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were spacious. The master could use better air flow or something, it was ALWAYS hot in there! Some of the tvs would not connect to be smart tvs. The sofas in the living room had plenty of room, but could stand to be replaced. The proximity to the beach was perfect. Literally just outside of the house! Overall, this house was a gem and we would definitely stay here again. Already planning our trip for next year!

Absolutely disgusting and listing was very misleading

My family and I found dead insect legs and insect body parts near the coffee maker, and when we opened the Keurig, two live cockroaches were inside and scurried to hide. I killed no less than 12 more cockroaches in the kitchen that night. We rented this specific property because it had direct beach access, but the beach was actually closed due to a local restoration project by the town. Vacasa never notified us about this in advance. The pool was closed until after Memorial Day, which I was also never notified of before our arrival. Defective GFI receptacle in the kitchen was apparently on the same circuit as the refrigerator, so all of our groceries and leftovers were spoiled by the time the management company (Vacasa) finally showed up to investigate. Vacasa refunded us $100 for the spoiled food. Outdoor receptacle was not a GFI and was missing its cover. It was located directly underneath where water ran off the upstairs roof and through the deck, splashing water directly onto the live receptacle. Vacasa came onsite and covered the receptacle with a normal receptacle plate covered with a piece of duct tape. Vacasa sent an exterminator who sprayed liquid poison in all rooms and the kitchen floor was visibly soaked. My list goes on and on, but I only have 1,500 characters to leave a review. Our reservation was for six nights, but we abandoned it after only two nights. I've been trying to get a refund from Vrbo for 3 weeks with zero progress or resolution.

Perfect Vacation Home

We’ve stayed in this home every year since it became rentable, except the year of Michael when the beach was closed. It’s an awesome home, perfect location and excellent layout.
