BALCONY OF THIS UNIT IS SET TO BE CLOSED OFF FOR CONSTRUCTION WORK FROM 10/31/2025 THROUGH 3/2/2026. MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK
Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.
Enjoy the grand sunsets of Panama City Beach from the gorgeous 7th story 2 BR 2 BA getaway at Shores of Panama 727. This unit features a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, with a second room hosting twin bunks. The common area also hosts a full-size sleeper sofa. This unit includes a parking space on the same level of the building allowing you to enter the property without using the building elevators!
The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).
Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!
The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.
Guest must register and pay for one parking pass and 6 resort bands upon arrival to the complex. 2024 cost is $90 for the stay with this South Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

Great view of pool and ocean. Boogie boards were available. Pool were large, which is where we spent most of our time due to Big Bertha causing double red flags. Easy check in. I liked that the wipes and broom weren’t locked away so we could clean up the extra sand as needed. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay at Shores of Panama! The room was as described in the listing. Parking was tight so be aware of that if you drive an oversized vehicle. They do have oversized parking spots available. The beach chairs were perfect. No hassle to go to the beach. Security personnel were at every gate. Beautiful view from the balcony of the beach and the pool area.

Parking garage was a nightmare! I have a small SUV and I despised having to park. We chose to walk most places just to avoid moving the car.The condo itself was nice besides the oven was slow to heat and took forever to cook/bake.The elevators were a nightmare unless you got lucky. We did enjoy the pool and the beach, and there was a ton of places within walking distance g distance which was nice.

Great place to stay.
This property was a good stay. The location is great and it was clean. I wish it was better stocked with toiletries and beach towels, but other than that, it was wonderful.

Room was clean. The exterior of the building needs some cleaning and painting. The rules Shores of Panama advertises are not being enforced. Pool did not shut down at 10pm as advertised. People were still reserving chairs at the pool early in the morning with towels. The parking deck had many vehicles with the trailer hitch attachment still attached. This is a safety hazard with vehicles coming in and out of an already tight spaced.

We will definitely be staying here again. Only problem was that we never found our numbered parking spot, but there was plenty of parking during the off season that it wasn’t a problem.

Great stay!
We enjoyed our stay at Shores of Panama. The resort has a great pool area, food and drink options, and convenient access to the beach. Our daughter loved the beach access. There was construction happening but it didnt affect us. The drink options in the resort were surprisingly reasonable in price.

A delay in construction required and implemented by the complex caused the delay in your balcony being available. However, the price in the listing was already discounted due to the construction on site. This was disclosed in the listing as well at the time of booking. The apartment/condo was in a great location. Easy to access attraction, both driving and walking. Beach very clean, pool excellent. Only cons was the mattress in main suite is a bit worn out. Could have been more comfortable. We had a great time, Thanks

Winter vacation
Everything was great except we were disappointed the hot tub was not working on the property. Beautiful condo with incredible views! It was close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is centrally located in Panama City Beach, directly next door to one of PCBs most popular restaurants (Pineapple Willies). This property is just a short drive from Pier Park on the west end, and equally convenient to the St. Andrews state park on the east end. Not to mention one of the best resort pools you can find on the gulf coast!
