This pet-friendly home was fully remodeled October 2022 with a modern open culinary kitchen and huge quartz island, promotes family fun, meals, and game nights, as well as corporate off-site strategy sessions. Gather outside and enjoy our gas grill and gas fire table with comfortable seating and relax in our hammock. The fully stocked kitchen has all the cooking and baking items you may need (Waffle maker, Keurig and coffee pot machine & includes free coffee, toaster, blender, crockpot, baking dishes and electric skillet). Our tankless water heater provides endless hot water to sooth your sore muscles after a day on the slopes, swimming, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, or hiking! Sleep soundly in our comfortable beds and wake up with our free Keurig coffee and hot chocolate station! Black out curtains in all bedrooms.

For visitors with sensitive allergies, our home has LVP flooring throughout.

Pack Light
Pack half the clothes you normally need for a week and use our free washer and dryer along with a complimentary iron and ironing board.

In-home Entertainment
Curl up and get cozy on the couch with a throw blanket and read your current book or watch a show on the 65” HD Smart TV in front of the fireplace . Outside you will enjoy our gas grill and our gas fire table with comfortable seating and relax in our hammock.

Richard was easy to reach and welcoming. The home was so clean and very pretty; well stocked, too. Great location for all our different travel directions. It was so perfect to have a big mountain practically in our back yard. Hope we have the opportunity to come back for another stay!

Beautifully updated home with great views of the mountains. We loved that there was a fire table, bbq and hammock out back with an awesome little park right around the corner for the kids. Overall we had an amazing stay at this lovely home.

Perfect

This house was perfect for myself and my sister for the week. BEDS were very comfortable. Kitchen is large and well-stocked. Living room was comfortable and the fireplace is a great feature. Two giant bins of games!

Work trip.

Host were great and helped us out with check in. They have a very beautiful home that has everything we needed. We loved the little touches of snacks and coffee in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again every chance we get.

Exceptional Stay for a Family Wedding

My family and I (all adults) spent 5 nights at this lovely house in Springville, Utah. We were in town for a family wedding. The first thing we all noticed was how beautiful the mountains were which seemed like they were in our backyard. The VRBO was exactly as it was pictured. It was a beautifully updated interior with all the modern amenities one would expect. It is clear, the owner, Richard and his wife, take great care of the property. It was a well-appointed home with everything one would need from a kitchen, laundry and bath. The beds were comfortable, plenty of open space for us to gather and connect. A large island to hang out at and eat together. I had a late-night request for a fan for one of the bedrooms and Richard responded immediately and brought one over for us. I got to chat with him for a while too and it was nice to meet him and connect. This is truly a gem of a VRBO in a beautiful little art community south of Salt Lake City. I would definitely stay again and have no concerns recommending it to others who may be traveling in the area or coming up to ski. A 5-star gem that met all our needs for a great wedding weekend.

Mothers Day Get Away

Got to come see my oldest son, wife and 2 grandkids. My youngest grandson was turning two. So we made it a 2fer. House was in a quiet place no traffic. House was clean. We had my husbands service dog and a small dog with us. I would stay here again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! It was everything we needed. The location was great. The neighborhood was established and quiet. We will stay here again for sure. The host was awesome and even mailed an item that was left at the property.

Beautiful mountain views and quaint neighborhood.

Just what we were looking for! Needed a place to stay for our trip to Hobble Creek Canyon, and this spot was perfect. The host was so, so kind & quick to respond to messages, the house was clean as a whistle, the beds were comfy, and the mountain views were such a pleasant surprise! Almost right in the backyard! The coffee maker was much appreciated as well. :)
