Beautiful Property

We had a great time at this property. We had a few questions and were given answers promptly. The view was amazing. The mosquitos were terrible so be prepared.

My sons and I stayed here over spring break. Great place! Watched a kiddo next door reel in a 6ft alligator gar. Sunset was amazing and relaxing even with the wind. Yes, if we get a chance I’d stay here again

Spring Break / fishing trip

The condo was exactly as depicted on the web site, it was roomy and comfortable. The fishing pier was less then 100yards away and the bay was less then 50 feet from the back patio. There was not a gas grill, instead there was a small very grubby charcoal grill (fortunately we had not planned to do lots of grilling). If we return to Rockport we can see ourselves staying here again.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, great location and very clean & nice condo.

some hiccups: front porch light did not work and rear porch exterior plug did not work. Great floor plan, good parking, and the private pool and pier were enjoyable.

Our Favorite

The most accurate listing yet. NO tricks camera tricks making the place seem twice as large as it truly is. It's plenty spacious, and the kitchen actually seemed bigger than pictured. The view was fantastic. I enjoyed sunrises and sunsets on the back patio. The king sized bed was comfy (no one used the second bedroom.) The kitchen was well equipped. We've stayed in the neighborhood before, and it's quiet and peaceful. We haven't visited, however, in peak season. The weather was cold when we were there, so we bought a couple Mexican blankets at the HEB. Those and some shower gel/soap were all we needed. (The starter kit included a small bar of soap that probably would have lasted for our 4-night stay.) The communications with the host were excellent, and the check-out process was the easiest I've experienced.

Copano Breeze

It was a very windy weekend, but a great place to relax and fish from the pier. Very quiet, dog friendly, nice place. We hope to come back soon.

Outstanding kitchen. Nice view. Bring lots of mosquito repellant for patio. Your front door code may have a symbol after it. Very clean, except for bbq grills.

September Getaway

Just me and my husband needed a quick quite getaway !! This property worked out perfectly and we liked that we could include our dog! We will come again and bring family to utilize the pier and pool!!

Awesome time

Our stay was wonderful. The pictures beforehand were just like what we walked into so cozy and nautical. My husband, son and his girlfriend could not stay off the pier they loved it out there I was down for just straight up R AND R. The neighborhood is so cute and clean. Everything was wonderful about our stay except that it was t short. We will return again.

Great vacation

Terrific Place

My husband and I sincerely enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this spacious condo. Upstairs noise could be an issue, but the folks were only in one night of our week's stay.

Great location with private pier for fishing. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and beds comfortable. More than enough space for four adults and two dogs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again!

Just as advertised

We had a great stay at this condo. It is well appointed and there is everything we needed. Back patio is beautiful and peaceful for morning coffee and evening wine. The only reason for the 4 star cleanliness was that the grill was filthy and we didn’t want to grill outdoors. Everything else was just perfect.

Terrific Place

This condo was perfect. Very nice and clean. Can fish out the back door or go down the pier for the complex and fish. Not far from the main drag of Fulton. H‑E‑B is about 4 miles away. To get bait is about 5 miles away. Management company was great and responsive.

Perfect Relaxation Time

I booked this place to get away and relax after my husband passed away. I brought my sister-in-law and my dog for support. The unit we stayed in was perfect very clean and if we needed to contact the owner, we were able to do so. We were close to restaurants, the beach and stores for shopping. The gorgeous view outside the back windows was wonderful. Being there brought back so many memories of my husband and I going to the coast throughout our 40 years together. Thank you so much for having a great place to get away. I plan to return.❣️🙏😊

Great condo right on the water.

Condo was nice and clean. However the TV in the living room did not work. Complements to John the maintenance guy who tried his best. Recommend the owner replace the TV or make it easier to operate. Operating instructions for visitors would be great.

Thanksgiving 2021

This is our third year in a row staying at a Miss Kitty’s property in Copano Bay. This was the first time in this location. Overall, the place was great. It’s newly remodeled with open kitchen/living area. The living area is comfortable for 4 adults with a large flat screen. The sleeper sofa was decent for sitting (we didn’t use it for sleeping), but no pull out sofa is ever that comfortable, in my opinion. The kitchen is not well stocked for a 4 day stay, but we brought our own knives and cooked most of the food in advance, so we primarily used the oven just to reheat. Be sure to bring counter spray and a sponge. There was only dish soap and dishwasher detergent and one roll of paper towels. Cleaning the counters and sink between meals was challenging. We ended up using the extra roll of paper towels that we brought (only one was provided) for cleaning. If you want to save or store any food, bring storage containers, baggies, plastic wrap, etc. We also brought extra toilet paper based on past experience (not enough was provided for a 4 night stay with 4 adults). Surprisingly we we were not allowed to gain entry early, even though it was only 20 minutes prior to the check in time. The prior two years, we asked in advance for early check in and were allowed access 2 hours early. We just happened to arrive a little early because we made good driving time, so I called to inquire and they said no. Cleaning staff were not there, so it was obviously ready. The unit was clean except for the floors. They definitely did not mop. My feet were filthy from just walking around the unit when we first arrived. My husband and I slept in the room with twin beds, which were super squeaky and too soft for my liking, but not a terrible night’s sleep. I enjoyed a bath in the deep tub! His parents had the master and said it was good. There was a lot of rain on Thanksgiving evening and we noticed a ceiling leak in the master (this unit is on bottom floor, so we weren’t sure if it was rain related or something going on upstairs). We reported it, but nobody ever came to look at it and it didn’t continue the rest of the weekend. The yard is well maintained, but people weren’t picking up their dog waste, which was clearly a mixture of old and more recent. Rude of dog owners, but something that should be checked and cleaned between occupancies. Great fishing pier that is just a 2 minute walk across the property and through a gate and easy fishing right at the unit.
