Welcome to unit #208 - Sea Happiness, a cute, nautical themed 1 bedroom second floor unit with breathtaking water views in the newly remodeled Laguna Reef Condominiums. The balcony has an outdoor table and chairs and overlooks Aransas Bay. Relax in the hot tub or cool off in the Laguna Reef swimming pool. Spend your evenings fishing from the 1000 foot lighted fishing pier and grill up your best catch at one of the outdoor grilling areas.

This beautiful condo has a nicely decorated living room with great bay views. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa and recliner chair across from the flat screen roku TV. There is also a small table with seating for two and seating for an extra three at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and flat screen TV. The newly renovated bathroom has a handicap accessible walk in shower with grab bars and vanity! This unit also has wifi! All linens and towels will be provided to you for your convenience.

Amenities at the Laguna Reef facility include a swimming pool, hot tub, 1000 ft. fishing pier with fishing lights, several shared charcoal grills, beautiful lagoon area at the water, and a large parking lot with plenty of space.

Sea Happiness is located near the Rockport Heritage District and Rockport Beach. Spend a day in the sun at the Rockport Beach where you can rent jet skis, swim with the kids, or grill up some food at one of the picnic areas. The Rockport Beach also allows fishing, you can purchase a day pass or an annual pass. There are two piers at the Rockport Beach, the south pier is free and the north pier has a beach admission fee. Downtown Rockport is filled with shops and restaurants if you feel like a night out and some fresh seafood on the water. If you feel like shopping than you can grab a cup of coffee at the Daily Grind and walk along Austin Street and visit the shell shops and cute clothing boutiques.

This is also a prime location for birding! Little Bay has many protected areas for birds that you can enjoy while walking along the water. Rockport is home to many historical sights and parks as well, including the Fulton Mansion, Goose Island State Park, and The Texas Maritime Museum.
