We had a beautiful view of the ocean! Everything was good, except the floors needed mopped. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Host and rental agency were in constant contact. We would definitely stay again!

Great location.

We’re always looking for 1st floor rentals so this was perfect. Close access to pools and beach. Walking distance to Main Street with beach stores, eateries, and live music.

Great areas but kind of crowded

The condo was clean and decorated nicely. The beach is a bit crowded and the balcony furniture needs to be replaced. We would definitely stay at the AshWorth again.

Very nice beach front condo. I loved being on the 1st floor at the end. Didn't have to wait for elevators, only shared one wall with neighbors, and we were right next to the stairs. Parking is awesome. We could park and walk right into our unit from the garage. Inside is very spacious. 4 nice sized bedrooms and 3 full baths. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything one would need. I do recommend buying ice. The ice maker is slow but that's true on all refrigerators. The balcony has an amazing view with nice furniture to sit and relax. There are many places in walking distance or short drive of this location, this is why we always vacation this part of Myrtle. Grocery store, beach store, corner store, liquor store, ice cream, pizza, restaurants, arcades, etc. all are very close. The check in and check out process is as easy as it gets. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be back.

Great unit!

Unit was very clean. A great location with lots of shops and restaurants. The one slight negative is that the unit is on the 1st floor, which created noise because it's right next to the pool.

Great vacation spot

The location was perfect, clean, and accomodated all our family. Beautoful view and the hot tub was enjoyed . Just one door knob wouldnt turn on a small bedroom to open and close and the shower squeeked loudy in the masterbath. But everything else was great.

Beatiful Condo

Really enjoyed this condo. It was spacious enough for 10 people and well equipped. Being on the first floor you do hear the noise from the pool but luckily it closes at 11. The facility itself is strict on pool/grounds rules but I did appreciate that at times. Security was very friendly. I do feel that more than 2 parking spaces are needed for a 4 bedroom condo. The listing stated there were 3 spaces but we only received 2. Overall we had a great stay and would stay there again in the future.

Nice condo, needed a few fixes, oven did not work and top rack in Dishwasher was rusted and broken, needs replacing. No duvet on beds, just basic sheet and bedspread which we found surprising. Most folks do not want to sleep under a bedspread that has not been cleaned and slept under by numerous other guests

North Myrtle Beach is beautiful

We have a large blended family and this property was great for all to be able to stay in the same condo and have plenty of room. The view was great but a little noisy being directly over the hot tub. We had an issue with the wifi not working for most of the stay and the property manager was not available during the weekend or holiday to assist with fixing this. The security for this complex is very strict. I thought it a bit much that we needed a wristband just to get to the beach access and security knocked on our door after 10pm just because there was a towel drying on the railing. The floors of the condo are very dirty and immediately turn your feet black if you walk on them barefoot. The listing for the condo shows a maintenance room with beach equipment available for use but this was not accessible. Make sure you bring your own beach equipment The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meels which was greatly appreciated when feeding so many people. We also took advantage of the grilling area. It was a great feature to have and all renters were great to talk with and help each other out while using. Over all ot was a great vacation.
