Andre funktioner omfatter: Panoramisk forreste veranda med fire rockere, to store udenfor strand brusere, gas grill, WiFi, stereo, stue tv med kabel. DVD / VCR. NYHED FOR 2015 - privat pool. Pool er 12 'x 25' og 3'6 "til 5'6" i dybden og har et solterrasse og lille pavillon ved poolen.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs keyless entry, blackout curtains in bedrooms, there are no outdoor showers, just a water hose running under house. No ventilation in bathrooms, short toilets, Water cuts off in kitchen sink when you use sprayer. No garbage disposal. All rugs need to be taken out and discarded. Minimal work and updating would make this place a real show stopper.We kept waiting for deadliest Catch crew to show up for dinner.Felt a little like retro RB ‘s on Shem Creek decor.On much more positive side. Pool, deck, front porch and location are all amazing. We would stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yes the home is older but it’s clean and has no smell. The kitchen could use some work. The appliances are good but the counter space is very limited and countertops/wood need work. Need more silverware as I found myself constantly washing forks. The location is great but access 4a was terrible and we preferred to use access 5. The pool was a nice addition. The showers and water hose was under the house. Then you had to walk through sand so defeated the purpose of rinsing off to get your feet sandy again. Both of the Showers are very small.

Hidden gem

The original floors and doors in this home made the cottage feel like a piece of history. We loved the screened porch and plenty of seating for family. The back deck and private pool area were thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. We loved that there were beach chairs provided. Beach access is literally directly in front of this house. A little hidden gem that we will definitely visit again!

Charming, but needs maintenance

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a charming older beach house, with a great location! The air conditioning was great, and the beds were very comfortable. A nice large TV was in the living room, and a second TV in one bedroom. I enjoyed the large screened in front porch which had plenty of seating (loved the porch swing). The updated back porch and pool area was attractive, and again had ample seating. Under the house is a storage area of chairs, beach toys, bicycles, children’s swings and 2 outdoor showers (we did not use). The living room furniture was comfortable. I appreciated the bookshelf & all the books, great vacation reads. The windows had heavy blinds-good privacy. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer & dryer worked well. Now for the disappointments: the home appears older than the photos, lacking cub appeal, the gas grill was old, rusted, dirty and unable to be used. (A charcoal grill and supplies were there, although we expected a working gas grill- called maintenance-never came to check/change it). Several light bulbs were missing we replaced)one bedroom lamp cracked and not working. While swimming one of the bricks on the pool surround was loose and fell into the pool. The light switches on the walls being located in odd places and not marked made it confusing for those in our group to use. I question the cleanliness of the wood cabinets & countertops in the kitchen. Sprayer in kitchen sink was loose. Dishwasher is older, had trouble using it. We had 2 wasp nests on back porch, 1 on front porch - bought wasp killer & sprayed all. This would be a great vacation rental if the maintenance issues were addressed.

Spring family vacay at 409 Ocean Blvd.

Beds were the most comfortable we have had in a rental. Showers had good water pressure. Loved the retro kitchen sink! Kitchen countertops and cabinets desperately need replacing, they are sticky and worn.The house needs a very good DEEP cleaning. There is dust on the shiplapp walls inside, and dust coated on the light fixtures. We love the vintage feel of the house, but it needs to be cleaned. AC was not working when we arrived, but the staff sent a repair guy promptly and the rooms were cooled by bedtime. We would definitely stay here again, just hoping it will be cleaner next time.

The big front porch was welcoming, the back deck added more options for enjoying the beautiful weather. We love historic places and the beautiful wood interior was very cozy. It was so comfortable and also had modern conveniences of dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc. The management company was super responsive for any questions we had and very friendly. A Quaint Beach House

Good mattresses,Fabulous location.the only reservation was that the windows in the bedrooms were very difficult to open.this may have been a winter to spring transition. And the late 4pm check in time means you have to deal with things on your own the first night. In sum good house, great location,fun as long as you have the right expectations when you check in.

We knew it was an older home prior to arrival so we expected that. It definitely could use some updating, especially to the kitchen and baths, but overall we were pleased and got exactly what was explained to us. It was comfortable and we enjoyed the deck and screen porch. The pool was extremely cold and not usable this time of year, so that was very disappointing to our kids. (no heater) Cooper was excellent to work with and I would not hesitate to book with this company again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage is...unusual. It's both charming and fusty. It was built in 1938, and looks it. Every surface of the interior--ceilings, floors, doors, and cabinets--is varnished wood. I don'tthink the floors have been refinished since the place was built. So, it's dark and man-cave like. Most of the furnishings appear to be from Goodwill. Think of this cottage as the "un-condo". If you're looking for crisp white walls and up-tempo decor, this is not your place. It feels like a cabin in the North Woods. Think: Shabby Chic/Goth.Now, the good news. The beds are some of the best I've slept in, anywhere: firm, and comfortable. The bathrooms were updated in the mid-90's, but are clean and functional. The kitchen appliances are relatively new and top of the line. And, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, etc.The pool in the backyard is stunning, recently built, and perfect for young children. The bar-b-q grill is top of the line.The bad news: The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are old, and made of faded, varnished wood. The "charming" twin sink is circa 1926, has no disposal. is rusty inside, and should be torn out and destroyed. The plywood counter tops are a health hazard (salmonella anyone?). Did I miss the bed covers and pillows? "Fusty" would be an understatement.The exterior needs a paint job--every square inch of it--and some much needed repair due to deterioration and rot.There is no ocean view, as two McMansions have just been built across the street. You can hear the ocean, you just can't see it. "Across the street from beach" is misleading.This place screams "teardown". Unless you enjoy a certain kind of "charm".Overall, on a good day, a solid 6.2 on a 10.0 scale.
