PLEASE NOTE: This is the back home on a shared property. The yard is shared with the front house. Guests walk along the side of the property to access this home.

The lawn is high-quality turf, and dogs are welcome to enjoy it. We just ask that guests kindly pick up after themselves to help keep it nice for everyone. You’ll also love that the Pinellas Trail is close by, along with a beautiful waterfront area that’s perfect for dog walks.

Guest access
It's a self-check-in system facilitated by a keypad lock. Upon arrival, you will have seamless access to the entire home, including the backyard, and complimentary parking on the premises. Please note that the only area that is shared is the backyard. Enjoy the freedom to come and go as you please, making the most of your stay in this inviting retreat.

Few minor issue at property.Branches from tree in parking area too low to park.House is cozy and yard is back with other property and walking behind other property felt uneasy at night due to poor lighting.The living room lighting was too bright and needs a dimmer switch, current switch plate was broken. No working bathroom exhaust fan.5 cup coffee pot that didn't work unless you delayed timed it, full size coffee pot is a must in a rental home.Toilet seat missing part and loose.Trash can lid was broken.Broken lamp shade in bedroom.Overall property was clean when we arrived.Great communication with owner.

Cute place

My daughter and I stayed here for a few days while we visited friends in the area. The place is very cute, comfortably and well furnished. It’s nice to have a private outdoor space that has a nice rug and chairs and table to have a morning coffee or a dinner outside. The neighborhood is OK. Doesn’t have really anything walkable restaurant or store wise, and the drive to the beach can take about 25 minutes with traffic. We had issues with the Internet while we were there and it was down for an entire morning. They were very responsive about fixing it. We let them know that the coffee maker would only start with the timer and you could not start it with the brew now button. Most hosts I’ve stayed with would’ve been there that day with a new coffee maker. But this issue was never addressed during our stay. Bottom line pretty good place with just a few minor things to consider.

Great stay.

We were in the area for a baby shower. We had a great experience from start to finish. Nina was very responsive and checked on us a few times to see if we needed anything. It was so nice to be able to travel with our small dog.

Great Host and Pet Friendly

First let me start by saying that Nina is a great host. She is very responsive, and when I sent an inquiry for pet approval, she responded within an hour. The house give you great access to the nearby hotspots. You are 10 - 15 minutes from beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. The house is on a main thoroughfare that quickly gets you to downtown Dunedin or the beaches. This could be considered a pro or a con. The house came fully stocked and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Clearwater. It even had coffee and sugar for the mornings. I wish there had been a review on the area of town where the house was located. When we drove up to the house, the neighborhood concerned us. The house across the street runs an autoshop out of their driveway. The house next door looks like it will fall apart next time the wind blows. I would call it an up-and-coming neighborhood. It's just okay. If you are looking for a neighborhood where you can let your kids run around outside or leave your car doors unlocked, this is not it. The house is small. The pictures make it look big, but its cozy. The bathroom only fits one person at a time, there's not a lot of room to put your luggage, and we ended up using the dining room table as a place to hold our toiletries. While Nina is a fantastic host and the property is extremely pet friendly, and the house met all of our needs, we would probably not stay here again.

Very cute house, with a well stocked kitchen and full size refrigerator. Very convenient to the beaches in Clearwater, and was close to the start of the Rock n Roll Half Marathon that I was in town for. Excellent communication with the host.

Süßes Haus in Clearwater

Das Häuschen ist etwas kleiner, als man es sich aufgrund der Photos vorstellt, hat aber außer einer Waschmaschine alles, was das Herz begehrt. Es liegt nur 15 Minuten von Clearwater Beach und dem Clearwater Marine Aquarium entfernt. Wir haben gerne dort gewohnt und würden wiederkommen

Perfect Location

This stay was so great! Was easy to find, easy for bringing pets and clean. My favorite part was the pink decor room. It is close to Clearwater beach and honeymoon island (our new favorite) the beach even had a separate area for pets. This was ideal for us , as we plan most trips with our dogs. Would stay again, and Nina was a fantastic host with great communication.

Wonderful stay in Dunedin

We loved our stay on Dunedin. The property was perfect for our family of four, including two toddlers. Nina wad very responsive and the property was equipped with all we needed, including spices in the kitchen, bath soap, and games for our toddlers to play. A great location just a few minutes drive from downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island. We hope to return again!

5 star cottage!

Everything went so smoothly! Quiet and private small cottage in backyard of home located in very convenient area. Can drive to Main St Dunedin, scenic Edgewater Dr and Toronto Blue Jays ball park all within 3 mins. Several beaches and parks with sunset views close by. Easy check in, professionally cleaned, looks like photos and great communication with Nina who is very responsive and professional. Stayed here a month and didn't want to leave. Highly Recommend

Property Perfection

Nina is a graciously warm fantastic host and we found that the property exceeded our expectations. Newly renovated inside and out with touches of comfort and style. The property is centrally located and easy to access pretty much anything you’d want to do in the Clearwater area.
