It's a great location for families attending the All Star Village youth baseball tournaments - only a 10 minute ride. It enjoys a well landscaped setting carved from a lightly wooded area. A large patio in the back faces a very large back yard, while a deck on the side leads out to the 21 foot pool with a depth of 4 feet. Parents can sit on the deck and watch children play in the back yard or swim in the pool. There is also a hard surface basketball court.

Black Moose is a combination of a completely renovated home and new construction. It has been designed with families in mind. Seven of the bedrooms have one queen bed and two of the bedrooms have 2 sets of bunk beds each (with a single on top and double on bottom). There is a living room on the top level and a game room on the lower level. A double sided fireplace is between the living room and the dining room. There is a full kitchen on each level.

Every bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV and there are two different 42" flat screen TVs in the common areas. Black Moose sits in a private setting of 15 acres - plenty of room for a team party. Ample outdoor seating and dining.
