Please note: the business center, laundry room, fitness center and in-lobby cafe are not available to our guests. However, please note that there are convenient laundromats just a short drive away that accepts debit/credit cards.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by Casanita Properties have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

Holiday Pavilion is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.

To ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask that all key fobs be returned to the lockbox upon checkout. Please handle them with care, as lost, damaged, or missing key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $75.

Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning fees potentially applying. If you'd like to bring your dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grand are pet-friendly (restrictions apply). Please contact us directly for more information and availability. Emotional support animals are not permitted. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.
❃ROUTINE PEST CONTROL❃
As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure a pleasant and pest-free environment, we have scheduled regular pest control treatments for our property. Floors 6 to 14: Pest control will take place on the first Tuesday of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.
Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.
