Guests are sure to love this two bedroom cottage styled duplex. The property is centrally located in Carrie Underwood's hometown of Checotah and is only a few blocks from some of the best restaurants & antique shops around. It's also the perfect spot for weary travelers looking for a place to rest for a night or two as the town of Checotah is nestled between Highway 69 and Interstate-40. Guests have all the comforts of home in this tastefully decorated duplex. Convenience and comfort with a bit of country charm...what more can you ask for?
1. No Smoking of Any Kind Inside: A $200 fine for violating this rule may be charge to guests.
2. No more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time. Violating this clause could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without refund.
3. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Guests will be notified if a noise complaint has been made. If noise continues, guests will be asked to leave with no refund.
4. Put things back where you found them.
5. Guests will be held responsible for any damaged or broken items.

Nice place

This little cottage was perfect for my husband, our dog and me. Very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had a great stay.

Reasonably priced but could use new pillows

Everything was fine. Kitchen was mostly stocked, but missing a vegetable peeler and cookie sheets. All in all a fair price for our long weekend stay.

We loved this little place

Wonderful place to stay, very clean and close to everything nearby. The owner is awesome as well. Easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Great play to just get away!

Great place to stay

My family & I enjoyed staying here this past week. The place was clean, quite and nice as advertised. Host was super nice & easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this place to others & would glad stay here again if in the area.

Very Comfortable and Peaceful

My friends and I had a great stay, the house is clean and very well decorated, the beds were wonderful and it was perfect for our overnight stop on our bike adventure. Thank you so much for letting us stay here

Girls Trip!

This place was perfect for a 4 day Spring Break trip! It was small, cozy, and perfect for 4 girls. It was in a good location, and only 20mins from Muskogee!! I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a small get away!

Nice little house

This house was clean and comfortable. The a.c. worked great which we appreciated after a day of work outside! Convenient location to downtown Checotah and a quick drive to the newer area. The beds were comfortable and we slept well The shower had tons of hot water but not much pressure. Overall, we would probably stay again and I'd give it 5/5. BTW, host was super easy to deal with.

Perfect Spot

In town for a Navy Reunion. The location was perfect and we were within 5 minutes of everything we needed to do. Owner was quick to respond. The house was nice clean and had great beds. We only were there to sleep and really did not check anything else out. Loved the town and people so much I plan to get back there.

Cute but sour smell from laundry room

The place was very cute, but there was a terrible sour smell coming from laundry room. Needs a deep cleaning in areas like baseboards and window seals.

The place was neat and clean. Loved having laundry facilities.The grandkids could take turns spending a night with Grandma alone.I could hear snoring and voices in the duplex behind us, but they were all quiet as possible.

Clean and comfortable

I was traveling home from visiting family in Texas. This was a good stopping spot. The rental was very nice. The town was somewhat lacking.

Quiet Birthday stay

I loved the peace and quiet the neighbors who lived in the area were nice the unit was cozy and beds were very comfortable house was clean and communication with the owners was super easy and they responded immediately I would come back and recommend it

Amazing property and Host!!!

If I could rate this 1 million stars I would!!! I came into town due to the anticipated passing of my father at the nursing home. After a few days of staying at the nursing home and the incoming ice storm/winter weather I needed a place to shower/rest/eat. I found this listing. The host were so incredibly accommodating, cleaning the unit themselves to allow me a midnight check in and even extending the stay when I needed. I checked in to find a sympathy card hand signed by the host! The unit was stocked with fresh linens, quality bath soaps, coffee, full kitchen with everything needed to cook and enjoy a meal, amazingly comfortable beds, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi! The host communication was fast and helpful! If I am ever in need of a place to stay in or around this area this will be my first look!! Thank you for everything!!!

Our family has lived in the Checotah/Eufaula area for over 20 years. We have enjoyed all that the area has to offer such as fishing, boating, shopping, and enjoying the local restaurants. We enjoy traveling and know the importance of having a clean and relaxing place to stay when away from home.
