We try our best to provide a very clean home with Free amenities. We also Provide excellent service by providing phone numbers to contact us immediately with any questions or concerns. In the case where our housekeepers are delayed due to work-load we always provide a Inconvenience fee. Additionally, the few times we’ve had concerns over the past 15years, we immediately resolve them. This guest contacted us in an extremely combative matter. This guest was not only irrational, it was obvious by the statements that this guests made, that she had no idea of the professional but diverse population that exists in the neighborhoods of The Nations Capital. We realize that whatever guests write is taken at face value. Our hope is that future guests will read our other reviews and see that we really do provide a good home, good service and the home is in a convenient area that is not only walking distance from many restaurants and bars there are also many other stores. There’s a Lidl Market, Giant Supermarket, Starbucks, Cava, Chipotle, Marshall’s, Target, IHOP, The Metro Train Station, bike rentals and other places of interest are also around the corner from this home. Again, we have no control over how guests feel but our hope is that honesty is a quality that future guests will keep in mind when producing a property review.
