Located in the heart of Columbia Heights, our space is the perfect home base for your stay in DC. Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our stylish apartment offers everything you need to feel at home during your travels. The space is centrally located on a quiet street just minutes away from the Columbia Heights Metro Station and various bus lines that easily connect you to everything DC has to offer!

About the Space:
The bedroom is outfitted with a plush queen-size bed, premium linens, desk & chair, and plenty of closet and storage space for your belongings. The room has an alarm clock, noise machine, AC & Heat for your comfort. You'll wake up feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!

The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, with a shower/bath and all the amenities you need to get ready in the morning. We provide all the bath essentials including towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and hair dryer so you don't have to worry about packing them.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. It also has all your cooking needs, including baking sheets, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. You can enjoy a quick breakfast or full meal before heading out to explore the city.

The Coffee/Tea Bar is complete with a Keurig Machine, French Press, and Electric Kettle.

The in-unit washer and dryer are available to use free of charge!

- Metro - Columbia Heights Metro Station is a few blocks away (5 min walk)
- Bus - multiple bus routes available within 1 block
- Street Parking: unrestricted availability for vehicles with DC tags. Cars without DC tags are limited to 2 hours per zone, Monday-Saturday.

This property is a great place to stay in DC. It is a great location, close to restaurants, shops and the metro. Everything that we needed was provided. The property was very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

As advertised. Would stay again

Very few places are as advertised. And this location is. It was quiet and clean. If you use the parking option pay extra attention it’s a tight squeeze. Also the rear door/gate is a bit tight especially with luggage. I would stay again no issues.

Washinton DC Trip

The was a nice, clean basement apt within a 5 minute walk to the Metro stop. The area is all row houses with a mix of restaurants. We ate at the Iron Horse Korean BBQ and The Coupe. Both were good.

Great basement unit in Columbia Heights

This unit was perfect for my stay in DC. Close to the Metro, great restaurants nearby and very walkable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed. Great price point for a week!

Great getaway spot

The property was just as the posting describes. The location was central to the places we wanted to visit which was very convenient. The bathroom sink is on the smaller side, but not a big issue. We had no issues during our stay and look forward to staying again the next time we’re in town.

Clean and equipped

Clean and equipped apartment. It was within 7 min walking distance to our daughter’s apartment so it was convenient for us. Didn’t love being in a basement level apartment but it was very well done. Excellent shower pressure and hot water in the bath but small European style sink was tough. Host was responsive and easy to deal with.

Quiet and Comfortable

The property is clean and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen appliances are fairly new. The only issue we had was the bathroom sink. It’s real tiny but sufficient for washing hands. Overall the property is excellent as described.

Great Apartment

This lower level apartment is clean and comfortable with many amenities: small immaculate kitchen, washer dryer , comfortable and quiet bedroom. The neighborhood is very cute with tulips and flowers growing in people’s front yards and very close walk to shopping and restaurants. Had a few questions before I arrived and response was always quick, and owner helped arrange for parking permit.

Quiet retreat

Jason’s place is very comfortable and was perfect for my visit. Jason was responsive - when I pointed out the outside lights weren’t working, he addressed it right away. I wished there was ice (or the ability to make some) and sugar and creamer packets. Otherwise, just right!

Perfect stay for a long weekend!

Great property, central location so able to walk to many different neighborhoods in the area, and also very close to the metro. Super nice to have a full kitchen for longer stays/ if you have leftovers to heat up! Host provided clear instructions on check in process and the place was very clean!!
