Please make sure that only 5 cars are parked at any one time at the Anchor House. Three cars on the side and two in front of the carport.
All dishes must be put in the dishwasher and trash is picked up inside and out and put in the trash containers before checking out.

The description of Anchor House was accurate and the home and property was clean and the view was spectacular! Communication with our hostess, Jill was excellent and she was more than happy to help with any needs we might have had. The scavenger hunt was fun for our family, especially our 6 year old grandson, as was the smore kit! I hope to come back soon and if you want a lovely experience with gorgeous views and easy beach access this place is a what you are looking for!

Well provisioned home, right on the beach, had lots of little extras that made our stay amazing. Beds comfortable, location great. Hot tub faces the ocean! This house was well thought out to be a wonderful vacation home. This scavenge hunt was really fun for my granddaughters and a nice suprise.

Amazing property and host!! We will 100% be back if we ever find ourselves in this area of the country. The host had great communication. The house had an amazing location and was adequately stocked. We loved that the house had games, kites, etc. for our children.

The house was amazing. The views of the ocean were top notch! The access to the beach could not of been better or easier. The Hot tub was warm and amazing for morning coffee with a view! We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

What an incredible week we had in Lincoln City! The house was even better than the pictures. As a family we have been vacationing on the Oregon Coast every summer for 20 years, mostly in Seaside. We felt that this was the absolute best experience... "we found our beach house". Home was super clean, an over abundance of towels, very comfortable beds in all the rooms, quality amenities (boogie boards, kites, beach chairs, toys, games, foot massager, numerous kitchen appliances and a Blackstone grill). Our grandkids loved the scavenger hunt! We were all sad to leave, but happy to have booked for next year. Jill was a fantastic host - none like her!

Absolutely loved the location right on the beach. The views were amazing. It was a perfect place for our getaway with our adult kids and grandchildren. Jill was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back.

The location of the home and the beach is superb. We could see the grandchildren play on the beach from the comfort of the home. We had a family gathering of eleven people including ages from 9 to 84. The game room was fun for the younger group while the adults enjoyed comfortable seats in the quiet of the living room or on the lounge chairs on the deck. The fire pit was great for roasting S'mores. The wind was perfect for flying kites, walking a beautiful beach, building castles in the sand, and jumping in the surf. Our host was in touch and answered all our questions quickly. We are planning on a return visit.

Best stay ever
From the start of our stay all the way till the end, it was nothing but comfort and beauty. The owner was very helpful through the whole stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and so cozy with all the amenities you could ask for. I highly recommend this home.

Clean house in wonderful location
This is a very clean and new looking house literally steps from the beach with a beautiful view and lots of space. Communications with the owner were excellent. Hope to come here again when we are in Lincoln City.

Perfect Thanksgiving
This is a wonderful home, with a short flight of stairs to the beach. Incredible hospitality and communication, the house was well-stocked, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend as an ideal place to stay at the beach - 10 out of 10 would recommend! And special thanks to the hosts for being so nice and attentive.

This is a beautiful house. Very clean and so well stocked with everything a person would want or need. The hosts are amazing. I had an issue with the door entry code and Jill quickly came to my rescue.The location is the best. Waves practically at our door step. Our family of 5 had so much room, games and activities to keep us busy during the rains. Thank you.We voted this house the best we have rented on the Oregon Coast. A must stay.

Everything was as pictured! Cozy home with literally everything you need. They had so many thoughtful items that we didn't use because it was winter and we were only there 20 hours, but I noticed a beach wagon for littles, a highchair, games, lots of beach equipment. So thoughtful! We would love to stay again when we have more time. Thank you!

Wonderful family beach vacation
This is a great property with all of the amenities needed to enjoy a long stay at the beach. Our host, Jill, checked in frequently to make sure our needs were being met. You can hear the surf from the master bedroom and the upstairs bedroom overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed many long beach walks. Highly recommend this home.

There are great VRBO hosts, and then there are the rare, exceptional hosts. Jill is the latter. You could not ask for a kinder and more attentive host. She's thought of everything and truly cares that you have a great experience.
