Daughter's Grad/21st Trip

We brought our daughter, who just graduated w/ her Bachelor's and turned 21, and 2 of her friends down to FL to celebrate. The house was delightful and as pictured/described. It was very clean, well maintained and well laid out, providing plenty of space and privacy for all party members. The balcony to begin and end our days was perfect. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property

Had a wonderful visit with a couple of friends. The property manager is very prompt with responding and even replaced the umbrella and a beach chair for us. There were a few blankets and sheets that weren’t extremely clean when we first got in, but we just popped them in the washing machine.You can’t beat the location. Overall, the property offered a great experience.

Lovely Waterfront Property

I visited this property with friends for a long weekend of golf and spring training baseball games in the Tampa area. Overall, we had an excellent experience. We enjoyed the house and the yard, particularly the water views (even spotting a pod of dolphins one morning) and outstanding Jacuzzi. The location was perfect, with beachfront access, restaurants, stores, and a gas station (with boiled peanuts), all within walking distance.I feel like I must mention a relatively minor drawback - despite no mention in the listing, we were informed a couple of days prior to our trip that the owner may be staying in the lower level of the building. However, no one showed up during the day, to our knowledge.

Couldn't have gone better!

Booked this for a short stay while attending a nearby funeral. Very clean, plenty of linens and towels, and a few short minutes walk to the beach. Several burned out/non working bulbs, but given this stay was just a few short weeks from a hurricane coming through the area I would expect there's still cleanup and repairs taking place.

Spring getaway

We had a relaxing time with my family at Indian Rocks Beach. Its a very relaxed setting. Great restaurants and very quiet surroundings. Guppies restaurant was our favorite but we found several restaurants we liked.

Beach fun

The location and property are great! Easy walk to the beach along with many delicious restaurants. Bruce had swift communication and provided clear details. I would stay at this property again.

Beautiful home!

The location is perfect whether you want to be on the beach, fishing off the dock, or enjoying the great food in the area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Mom’s 70th birthday

Wonderful host, amazing accommodations, fantastic place to stay in the bay! Stayed on Bay Boulevard for my mom‘s 70th birthday and it was a wonderful, beautiful and very comfortable house! Host was responsive and welcoming. If we come down to this part of Florida again, I will absolutely be looking to stay at the beautiful blue house

Great place on intercoastal

We really enjoyed the Peaceful & scenic location with the dock & convenient access to beach. Our first time in Indian Beach was a hit with all. The huge hot tub was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! CC

Indian Rocks rental

The house was lovely. Had everything we needed. Everything was comfortable. The intercoastal view and the hot tub made it extra special easy walking distance to the beach. We really enjoyed the house and felt like home.

Quick trip with friends

This was a beautiful property with plenty of space. It was nice not to have to run per for more toilet paper, plenty of extras. The hot tub did stop working, but the property owner was quick in getting back to me about the problem

Lovely house, great location

The location is beautiful and in a nice residential area. The house is immaculate, and the furniture and beds are quite comfortable. Sitting on the deck was so peaceful! We enjoyed the pelicans, dolphins, and egrets, The area is very walkable - just a few short blocks to the beach and good local restaurants, which meant we rarely needed the car during our five-day stay. That said, the Columbian Restaurant and Salt Rock Grill are two restaurants worth driving to, each just a few miles away - right on the water and with outstanding food and service. Highly recommend them for more upscale dining. Communication with the property managers was excellent, and the response was usually within 5 - 10 minutes; some minor issues were quickly (and pleasantly) resolved. Two minor quibbles. As found in most other rentals, it would be nice to have a binder with wifi details, house rules, checkout procedures, and recommendations for restaurants and entertainment venues. The wifi and checkout instructions were provided before our check-in, but having that at hand for reference would be more convenient. Also, the house doesn't have many homey touches, so it has an almost "hotel" vibe. We've been spoiled by the charm of (at least part-time) owner-occupied house rentals. It lacked the warmth of a house that's loved. That said, vibes aside, it provides all the essentials, and the location can't be beaten.

Absolute Gem!

The house was impeccably clean! Everyone was so impressed by that. The layout of the house is perfect with the large, connected living room, kitchen, dining area. The beach was a 5 minute walk away. It is very quiet and relaxing. 15 minutes walk to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and would stay here again and again. Property manager is very responsive.

Easter 2024

This was an absolutely perfect rental for our family vacation with our grandsons (7 and 9) The location to the beach is fantastic … 3 minute walk out of the front door and the crosswalk and beach access is right there. The dock on the inter coastal was amazing. We had dolphins visiting and the boys really enjoyed fishing off the dock. The house was well equipped and very clean. Appreciated the beach chairs. The manager Bruce was very prompt in his replies to me and access to the house was very efficient. I highly recommend this rental property if you are planning a visit to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

Great location

We loved the location! The fishing off the dock was awesome! The house was great! The only thing I did not like was the owners son apparently stays under the house in an apartment. That was a surprise when the listing says you have the whole house to yourself. The master shower barely has any water pressure, and the comforter on the master bed did not look clean, but luckily there was a washer and dryer so I just washed it and put it all back on the bed. Just a short walk to the beach, which was amazing! Overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful Property!

This property is beautiful! You can't beat the view. We enjoyed being on the water, watching the wildlife and boats. It was an easy walk, a couple of blocks to the beach. A breakfast/coffee place was only two blocks away. We were five ladies in our 50s and felt very safe. Communication was spot on. They left us beach chairs and umbrellas when we requested them. They have beach towels too, which was nice not to have to pack them. The hot tub was huge and so relaxing. The only reason I took off one star for cleanliness was because there were some dog hairs in the master bedroom. When I contacted them, they immediately had housekeeping contact me. I guess we assumed it was a pet-free home since no pets were allowed, but they never said it was a pet-free home, so that is my mistake for assuming. Other than that, it was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. They had a Keurig and a regular coffee pot which was nice too. I would love to return to the little slice of paradise.

Best Vacation Rental Property Ever!!! It was AMAZING! You will be glad you selected this property

We are soooo happy we stayed here! It is only a few short blocks from the beach, easy walking distance! The owner was absolutely great with communication, very responsive asking if we needed anything & supplied beach chairs when we asked. We couldn't believe we had the entire 3 bedroom home to ourselves, including the large deck in the back, which had stairs to the downstairs area that included a 6 person hotub (which was amazing), boat dock, grill, you name it! It was actually BETTER than the pictures! The beds were all very comfortable (loved the wood blinds) and everything was so clean too!!! So nice to have coffee outside on the deck in the morning - such beautiful views to watch the sunrise. Just beautiful! We were even able to walk a few streets down to get some pickleball games in on the public tennis courts which were already marked for pickleball. Everything was included to get you started on your stay & in good working order. About the only thing I can think of that may need a little repair was the washer worked fine, but only on the cold setting (could have been our user error too). the dryer worked fine. This didn't impact our vacation at all. We actually stayed over Christmas, brought some decorations and my daughters were commented on homey the place was to stay in for the holidays. It was so amazing and we are so happy we selected this place. Sending a big THANK YOU to the owners! You guys knocked this rental out of the park when you put it on the market to rent out. THANKS AGAIN & we are wishing you the best luck in the future with this and your other properties too!!!!! Take care & thanks again!!!

Overall a Fun time - some caveats

Overall had an excellent time. Location was great for walking to the beach and having a gas station nearby. We were particularly appreciative of the pleasant surprise of having fishing poles and bait to use off the dock! The listing states that the stay would include the entire house -- this is not the case as the owner lives in the downstairs unit. This inaccuracy came as a surprise to us as we specifically wanted to do a VRBO to have the entire place to ourselves. The listing stated and owner also messaged about having 3 parking spots -- Not exactly the case as the owner used two spaces for his 2 Escalades, making it difficult to pull in and out with our 1 rental car. We were also a bit bummed that we'd only found the beach chairs, cooler, and wagon on our last day tucked away under the outside stairs / next to the trash bins -- it would have been nice for these items to be mentioned in the listing. The listing included photos of people kayaking/paddleboarding which implied that these items may be available to use at the property but this was not the case. This felt a bit misleading.Owner was kind and responsive through messaging.
