Brad was very attentive and quickly responded to inquires. House was beautiful and very clean. The location to restaurants and beaches were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay

The host was amazing, the house is gorgeous, and the views are incredible! Lots of iguanas to watch and a beautiful kitchen where you can enjoy the views! We will definitely be back! What a gem!

Christmas in St. Martin

This property has an excellent layout to provide everyone with privacy while also allowing for gathering together. The views are amazing and the location gives easy access to other areas on the island.

Helios is a wonderful villa in Oyster Pond, and Brad as the host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The house was very clean when we arrived and had all the necessary amenities and more. The pool is not heated, so we did not utilize it as much, although the kids enjoyed it. The views from the kitchen, living room and patio of Dawn Beach and St. Barts in the distance can't be beat. Overall, great stay!

All in all a great place, beautiful house. Slight sewage smell in lower apartment that didn’t really go away all week. The range is virtually useless with the horrible pans. Took 30 min to boil water. Kitchen desperately needs another AC unit. It’s the area we spent most time and also the warmest. Windows could use some 3M tint as it gets so warm in kitchen. Pool is beautiful, view as well. Area in reality is a bit mixed, some beautiful homes, some not finished or somewhat destroyed from the last hurricane. Important note, home not 10’ from this house is being worked on with saws and drills daily, something we were told would not be the case upon arrival.

We have new non-stick pans on site and will swap them out - Vincent didn't mention it during his stay and it only takes one guest using metal utensils on the pans to make a mess of them. We'll have the range checked to see why it was taking so long to boil water. Our house is in the tropics and is not designed to be cooled to 62 degrees. It can be cooled to 74 degrees easily. Summers are hot in the tropics, and we normally use the sea breeze in the morning to keep the house comfortable. Later in the day the air conditioning can take over. The construction near us is not under our direct control and is due to finish in November, with the last steps being interior. I am disappointed that Vincent we disturbed by sawing and hammering and have encouraged our neighbour to hurry up and finish. We value all feedback and try to address all of it promptly.

Disappointing Stay - Beautiful View Ruined by Constant Noise We spent a week at this magnificent house with a truly superb view of the ocean. Unfortunately, our vacation was severely marred by loud construction noise from the house next door throughout the week. To make matters worse, lawn mowing started at 7:00 AM on our very last day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and very spacious villa. From the modern design to the stunning infinity pool and breathtaking views, the property truly has a “wow” factor and comfortably accommodated our family of eight with plenty of room for everyone. The location was perfect for our daily adventures exploring the island’s beaches, shops, and restaurants.When we were at the villa, we made great use of the amenities, including the pool, family board games, and the well-equipped kitchen. Brad was a wonderful host—very responsive, courteous, and always happy to answer the many questions we had prior to and during our stay.We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return in the future. We’ve already shared our experience and recommended it to many of our friends.

Stayed here for a week with my family and don't have any negative things to say. Brad was extremely responsive anytime I reached out and provided plenty of recommendations for the area. The house was beautiful, well stocked, plenty of space and provide an amazing panoramic view of the shoreline and sea. Would absolutely recommend renting a car, I couldn't imagine not having a car and trying to get around. There's are some small bakery's and a couple restaurants a few minutes away as well as a great pizza place (Mamas Pizza) but other than that most of the restaurants, bars, shopping are about a 15-20 minute drive. That's not a negative, their East to get to. We didn't have any issues with ants or bugs and we were able to see monkeys and iguanas nearly every morning and evening when we were leaving or coming back to the house. Overall we had an amazing trip, we always felt safe and never had any issues with this property. There is a new house being built next door but we never heard anything and it never caused any distraction. Thank you Brad for a wonderful trip.

Awesome stay for Moms 50th

The property was beautiful. They layout worked out well as the teens were able to stay downstairs in the apartment area of the house. Upstairs the beds are super comfortable, I need to know what brand that is! The island itself is very nice and the people are kind and friendly. I can see why people go back. Thanks Brad for helping us make mom’s birthday the best!

Superb house with amazing views

This is likely the best beach rental we've stayed at. Very clean, modern design, nice decoration, well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Views are amazing any time of the day, good quality TVs for streaming, new appliances & AC, truly the ideal beach rental. It does require a car rental, it's located in a mountain with steep road. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Looking forward to return one day.

Stunning Views

The home is as advertised! Tremendous view and beautiful pool. A bit challenging to get there, but once your there you won't want to leave. Owner was quick to respond to any communications. The family and I had a lovely time on St. Martin and this home was certainly a big part of that. We highly recommend.

THIS VILLA IS ALL ABOUT THE VIEW , AN AMAZING HOUSE UP ON THE MOUNTAIN OVERLOOKS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN AS WELL AS OYSTER POND BAY , WITH ALL THE BEST IN AMMENITIES FROM THE NEGATIVE EDGE POOL TO THE MULTIPLE SEATING PATIOS THE ONE IN FRONT IS THE BBQ PATIO IS SHADED IN AM BY THE HOUSE AND IN FULL AND IN AFTERNOON , THE DINNING TABLE OVERLOOKS THE OCEAN IN THE EVENING AND IS COVERED BY THE OVERHUNG ROOF FROM THE HOUSE IS A GREAT POOLSIDE DINNING AREA , HINT GREAT PLACETO HANG OUT ALL DAY IF YOU DIG THE SHADE WHILE A FREAT SUNNUNG PATIO IS OPPOSITE THE POOL AND OVERLOOKS THE BAY AND OCEAN , WOW IS THE BEST WORD TO DESCRIBE THIS AMAZINF PLACE AND THE OWNER , BRIAN IS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL , YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED .

Robin Leach has Nothing on Me

Do you remember Robin Leach's TV show, "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous"? I kept looking around for him during my time a Villa Helios at Oyster Pond in Sint Maarten. Like the beauty that she is, this house did not have a bad angle from which to be viewed. From the stunning entry, the view through the infinite pool to the ocean below was stunning. Brad and Brian did everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is a gourmet cook's dream - superbly equipped and beautifully laid out. I dare you to find all the clever cabinetry on your first pass through. Take this house if you can. You won't be disappointed. If you wait too long, I might just out bid you for the place. My hyperbole aside, this was a marvelous and memorable stay at Villa Helios. Thank you Brad and Brian.
