Ideally situated between charming Rosemary Beach to the north and bustling Panama City Beach to the south, you'll have easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, amusement parks, grocery stores, state parks, and more.

Each of the two modern, light-filled levels features a full, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area, central air-conditioning, and a washer/dryer. After your beach day, spend time together on the front porch, back porch, balcony, or pool. Have a meal together at any of the three outdoor dining areas, or grab one of the barstools at either kitchen's center island if you'd prefer to dine indoors. With streaming-capable TVs and DVD players in both living rooms, TVs in each bedroom, and free WiFi, you'll have no trouble staying entertained if you're spending the evening in.

Two primary bedrooms offer en suite baths. More modern essentials include two washer/dryers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
