We’ve rented this shore house for multiple years and continue to come back because it’s truly a wonderful place to stay. The property and amenities are excellent, the location can’t be beat, and the host is always welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning year after year!

Great place.

Our stay was amazing. Wendy was fantastic! She was quick to respond with all the little things I had questions for. From the roof top view to the short walk to the beach would recommend you book with her.

Family Vacation

This home was very well stocked in the kitchen and the location was great! It is a beautiful property and the elevator was just wonderful to have as we were all senior citizens.

Good house in a good location

Great house for our family get away. Bunk beds in one of the rooms would be helpful. Doesn’t have 12 beds but listed as sleeps 12. But we liked the upstairs unit and location.

4th of July

Perfect location! Rooftop deck is safe and comfortable and gives a perfect view of fireworks! Living room seating is ample and comfortable. Front balcony is so nice, it is covered with a fan, perfect for days and nights outside! It was quiet and overall fantastic!

We just rebooked for next summer already

While on here rebooking for next year I thought I should write a quick review about this summer's experience at this house, but honestly after reading the other reviews I would be repeating the others positive and well said compliments/comments. The house is simply amazing and YES the private roof top deck and the view is amazing. Expanded sports channels were very much appreciated. The owners were quick with the deposit being returned, We are looking fwd to coming back in June next summer.

Three night stay

Just an FYI. There is a broken slat on one of the blinds in the smaller queen room. There is a black knob missing off of a lamp in one of the twin rooms so you can’t turn on the lamp. Otherwise everything was awesome. Thank you so much. Great location. Really enjoyed the decks!!!

Be Honest! We had a great time anyway!!

All was a perfect rental experience except for poor communication and honesty from Wendy one of the owners. The day we arrived to our house there was an empty lot on the N side -w. Pile driver , pile digger etc. The first 7am of our stay we awoke to truck delivery of 80 timber piles. Over the next two days the work was done nonstop dawn to dusk causing severe vibration in the house as well as high pitched loud noises! The owner ,when contacted, refused to admit to a problem... This was a great house for family vacation... all the amenities/very comfortable! I feel that any future renters should be made aware of the fact that a new construction project is underway two feet away !!! If Wendy had just been honest with us; particularly after I contacted her, this would have been a 5 star review—I have pictures and videos of this pile driving which Wendy “ never saw”. .. I would not stay here again ...for trust/honesty issues.

I am so sad to hear of this review...first and foremost I had no idea they were starting the piling work when they did. I was at the house the Friday prior to check in to do a once over to ensure the house was in perfect order and there was NOTHING but dirt on the lot...no tractors, no pilings...nothing. We are not privy to when work begins which is not fair to an owner and certainly not fair to the tenant. When I was called by my guests and informed of what was happening and their start time I immediately called city code enforcement to ensure that they did not start at 7:00 am as that is against the city’s ordinances. I did stop by several times and they were not working when I stopped by, I could see they had been working, but I did not witness it. I never had any prior knowledge of their start date so I was never intentionally not letting my guests know. There is construction up and down this island on every block....it’s inevitable. I’m sorry you felt that I was being dishonest with you....but I found out when you called and told me, that is the truth and there is nothing I can do to stop the construction.

This was a family friendly rental. The host kept in touch with us and completely explained all we needed to know about the property. The rental was clean and included all we needed to have a great vacation, for example: toys and boogie boards for kids and beach chairs for adults. An extra shower and washer/ dryer when you returned from beach helped to keep the rental sand free. The elevator was a bonus!! We really enjoyed our stay there!

Family Trip

The property at 2226 Wesley Ave is everything that the listing says it is. Our family came together for a weekend. The weather was horrible beach walking weather due to the remnants of hurricane Ian, but we played board games and watched movies. We enjoyed the space immensely. Thanks Wendy!!!!

Roof Top Paradise

Wonderful panoramic views of Ocean City from the private Roof Top. Unit was clean and it was very easy to communicate with Wendy. Enjoyed our stay!

Excellent week in Ocean City

Beautiful home met our expectations last week. Full quality. Large rooms. Ideal features for one with mobility issues. Breezy front deck and ocean view roof deck are a plus. All furnishings are substantial and comfortable. Very close to beach and end of boardwalk. Perfect for young children. Wendy was very responsive. Immediately provided new bedding and complete set of new pots and pans when told existing items had seen better days. Can't beat that!....RMNM

Excellent accommodations

The home was beautiful, with great access to beach, boardwalk. The elevator made the stay much easier for my mom who is 82. The home is well stocked with pots, pans, cookware, beach gear. The 2 patios were amazing for gathering in the mornings and evenings. Wendy was so accessible and even came and fixed a few minor things immediately during our stay. This was by far the best last minute (during COVID) family vacation with 10 we have ever shared! Thank you!

Gold Coast Gem

We took 6 teenage boys down to celebrate our sons birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone! The house was fantastic! The roof top deck was a favorite, you could see for miles. Wendy was a dream to work with. She was so accommodating and quick to respond!

Gold Coast is a WINNER

Spacious accommodations, clean, well stocked kitchen. Ample space for our group to spread out and relax. The views from the rooftop deck never end. Nicely decorated. Open floor plan. Wendy was a pleasure to deal with, promptly responded to all questions.

Labor Day weekend

Had a great stay at Wendy's with our family over Labor Day Weekend! Very nice place in a great location. The elevator was ideal for helping my Dad (92 yrs old) get to and from the apartment. It also was very nice for moving in and out when we arrived and left! Thanks Wendy!

Another beautiful week in Ocean city!!!!

This house was by far the best we've stayed at!!! It barely felt like a rental. Nothing is spared in this home. It makes you feel like you're visiting a friends home. Wendy was easy to talk to & made you feel welcomed. The beach was beautiful & so close, we were able to go back & have lunch & then run back down for the afternoon. We had construction next door while we were there (a bit loud during the day) the kids enjoyed watching the progress each day. We will definitely come back to this house.
