Calm uncrowded white sand beach, gorgeous clear blue green water! So many activities for the whole family in Sandestin Beach & Golf Resort: Gorgeous emerald sea and quick access to sugary white sand beach via direct walking path of less than 5 minutes! Beautiful sunset views. Huge resort pool right outside the Luau building. Incredible views to enjoy from the balcony and every window! Go play mini golf or book parasailing right in the resort. Baytown Wharf on the bay side of the resort has restaurants, a zipline, climbing structure, tree house, ice cream and candy shops, boat and jet ski rentals and tram passes provided to get around the property with ease. Set up time to play golf or tennis!

Publix grocery store and Grand Avenue shopping and movie theaters just across the street on other side of resort property.

Gated community with pizza shop, Ben & Jerry's ice cream, Escape room and more just to the right of the gated entry to this property!

We have available to you: board games, playing cards, body board, beach umbrella, 2 portable chairs and beach toys available for guests to use during their stay. Destin Harbor fireworks can be seen from the balcony, dining and bedroom or enjoy once a week fireworks at Baytown Wharf all summer long! So much to do for everyone!!

Miramar Memories

My partner and I were very pleased with our stay at this beautiful resort. From the breath taking views of both the resort and the beach to the local shops/ restaurants that are a short drive down the road made our stay exceptional! The hosts were courteous and just a call away with any assistance necessary. Although it was noisy during our stay due to the balcony reconstruction, the many activities in the area kept us busy until they were finished.

Wonderful stay!

I enjoyed the balcony view of the pool and the short walk to the Beach! There’s a full size kitchen and the condo had a nice size living room. There is so much to do in Sandestin. You can walk to the beach or take a shuttle to Baytown to shop. Plenty of food options too. I would definitely love to stay at this condo again next year!

Very nice condo in a quiet beautiful setting.

Had a nice stay and long awaited vacation. Beach was in walking distance, but used a car early in morning to set up the umbrella and chairs. Elevator worked well, and was quick. Close to restaurants, and shopping. Would return again!

Awesome Panoramic Views!! Wonderful Property!

We had the best time staying in Aditi’s beautiful 10th floor condo. A highlight of our time there was the view from every room and out on the balcony. We were treated to views of the bay, gulf , pool and the resort property.The condo kitchen is well stocked and everything you need for a comfortable stay are available. The provision of beach equipment and a welcome basket with treats and coffee are the extra touches that made this a great rental experience. Aditi communicated with us prior to our stay, during and after. All needed information was also included in a well organized notebook left on the dining table.We highly recommend this property and the hosts . We hope to return and bring family!!

Beautiful, clean and comfortable!!!! Excellent hosts! Amazing Sunsets!

Our stay at the Seaside Siesta at Sandestin was awesome. The condo was very clean, comfortable, beautiful and had everything that we needed. We felt like we were at home. The view of the Gulf was amazing and the view of the sunsets were even more amazing. We loved the ability to use the tram and go anywhere on the resort. Right outside of the condo was a great pool. The water was warm and the staff cleaned it daily. A bonus was the fitness room that we were able to use. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall this is a great condo, in a great location, with an easy 4 minute walk to the beach. The photos and description of the property are accurate to the listing on the website. Aditi, the owner, was very responsive communicating when we had a couple questions. A few tips based on our experience. When parking at the property I recommend parking underground to limit heat exposure to your car. We recommend using the tram that is provide to travel the 10 minutes over to Baytowne Village thus avoiding parking concerns. Depending on your needs, the property is great for couples but could start to become tight if a 3rd or 4th person was added. Also take 10 minutes to read the welcome notebook (information included in welcome email) as that will answer most questions. Great stay and highly recommend!

Spacious, Elegant, comfortable, home away from home

Vacation was amazing because of the feel of home away from home with modern,well decorated apartment. Beautiful location, stunning view of golf course, Swimming pool, hot tub and Ocean and surrounding balcony which we enjoyed from every room of the apartment located on the 10th floor. We enjoyed beautiful turquoise blue water, white sand beach with beach umbrella and chairs provided by the great, friendly host. Beach was just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. We had nice, bright sunny weather throughout our stay at the seaside Siesta. It's family and kids friendly property with games, Roku tv, high speed internet and access to swimming pool, Fitness center and hot tub. Kitchen with all the appliances, lots of pots and pans, and lots of utensils. Free tram pass provided by the host help us to visit and enjoy various Sandestin activities like Mardi gras parade, Mardi gras Party night at Baytowne Wharf and other beaches, Marina and some grocery stores, Restaurants, Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream at the Market Shops. Bedroom with king size comfortable bed, Tv, Dresser, ensuite bathroom and a sofa bed in the spacious living room. It was an unforgettable experience.
