The Starfish is a charming 3-bedroom, 3 bathroom rental home that will fit anyone's vacation needs! Located in the Shorepine Village of Pacific City, Oregon, this delightful home can sleep 9 people comfortably. This home features a gas fireplace, a BBQ on the back deck, flat-screen TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen. Guests will also have access to four bikes with helmets - two adult mountain bikes, two youth bikes, and one toddler bike. Come see what adventures await you at Starfish!

The first floor of this home features the living room with cozy sofas and a fireplace, a kitchen with bar seating, a dining room, and the first guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The second floor houses the primary bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a full bathroom, as well as a second guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a twin single, and a bunk bed. Reduce your packing and take advantage of the provided Pac-N-Play crib and full-size washer and dryer, or relax on the large outdoor patio with provided patio furniture.

The Shorepine Village features miles of beautiful paved paths featuring cedar trees and rolling hills of dune-grass, as well as private beach access via the unique wooden boardwalk.

Please note that boats, trailers, and RVs are unfortunately not permitted.

Great location

Quiet cul-de-sac with calm, light, airy, interior. Great little town. Wish we could have stayed longer. Clean and homey. We would definitely stay again.

Nice location

Walking distance to everything, beds were comfortable, had everything we needed. We did notify managing company about a few items that needed attention, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Great extended weekend getaway

Property as advertised. Walking distance to the beach and brewery. The kitchen was well stocked.

Very comfortable, clean and well-stocked home in a quiet neighborhood which is protected from the wind. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and dinnerware for 16 people. It is an easy walk to a boardwalk which allows you to get up and over the dunes to the beach. The descent to the beach from there is quite steep and sandy but you can always walk the paved trails either north or south to easier openings. The management company was great about responding to a couple of questions we had.

Wedding Weekend

The property looks as listed, possibly even better in person in my opinion. Very clean and homey. One small recommendation would be for a larger kitchen knife as we could only find small pairing ones. Loved watching the deer come through the property in the morning as we sat around the fire with our coffee. It was a wonderful weekend. Thank you

Pacific City was nice, not this rental, or Oregon Beach Vacations

Unfortunately, this rental was one of our worst VRBO experiences. Upon checking in, we noticed there was a disgusting, moldy baking soda box in the fridge. The refrigerator also leaked the next morning on a lot of our food which we had to throw out. The house was not stocked, there were no tissues, empty bottles of bath soap, dingy carpets, and crumbs on the floor. There was a CD player, but the CDs next to it were just empty cases. No instructions on how to use anything in the house, except for an old sheet from a previous management company. The internet went on and off. All of these things should have been dealt with upon our check-in. Oregon Beach Vacations has been very hard to work with after we mentioned what problems we encountered. Not the experience you want when you go on vacation. We will not be using them ever again, or referring their properties to others.

Family Thanksgiving

Location was great...short walk to town or the beach. Beach offers high dune for climbing, waves for surfing and flat waterfront for walking. Our family of three generations enjoyed our time on the sand and was very comfortable in this home.

beautiful summer vacation spot

The property was nice, clean and very comfortable. It was not as easy to get to the beach as we had thought it would be since there was a very large hill to go down once you were near the shoreline. Going down wasnt the problem but getting back up for the older people was quite difficult. The patio was nice although a bit noisy with traffic since it was such a beautiful week. The kitchen was well stocked and very comfortable to work in, we did cook several meals and it worked out just fine. The rooms were very comfortable, although the one bedroom that had 5 beds in it was a bit crowded and quite hot. The master bedroom was very nice, and the bathrooms were very clean.

So fun!

Two moms and 7 kids loved this place. The location is a dream come true— we felt comfortable letting the teens come and go to the beach and the nearby shops. The place was so clean, and cozy, and well stocked. Would absolutely rent this property again!

Wonderful house with easy access to Cannon Beach and the Haystack

My wife and I, and our adult children met in Oregon for a 5 night vacation. The Starfish house was perfect for our needs. Three private bedrooms and three bathrooms, open kitchen to the dining area and family room, nice decking behind the house and parking for three vehicles. The property is located a 5 minute walk (on pretty walking paths in the development) from Cannon Beach. This allowed for the early risers to go enjoy time on the beach, while the late-sleepers were getting up. It was also wonderful for watching sunsets. The description of the property is accurate and the management company was responsive to our one inquiry. I would definately stay at the Starfish again.

Clean and convenient

The property was nicely decorated, very clean, and comfortable. We never found the remote and were not able to use the TV in the master bedroom. It would be nice to have tools to fix the bikes, as they were in disrepair (rust, upside down handlebars, unadjustable seat). It would be nice to have a laundry detergent to use with the laundry machine.

Love this place!

Our family had a blast! The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The area was perfect for our kids to ride their bikes. The beach was amazing! One of the best beaches I’ve ever been to and perfect for kids. The only downfall is the steep dune-like hill getting down to the beach. The walk to the beach was great and very easy but, once you get to the sand, it is a little steep. Otherwise, our stay was perfect!
