**The backdoors of the property are up to pool code and serve as part of the fence to the backyard. If you have small children it is VERY IMPORTANT you watch them when they are outside. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. The pool depth ranges from about 3.5-5.5ft deep. By booking you are agreeing that you are responsible for all guests of your party on the property**

**NO PARTIES: Quiet Hours start at 10:00pm and a fee will be assessed for any noise complaints**

**If you opt for the pool heat we set it to 84 degrees. On some of the cold winter nights it usually takes until about 11am to get back up to 80ish as it shuts off at night and then kicks back on in the morning**

*For security we do have a Ring Video Doorbell to help guests when needed*
