Ed rock. Iris rocks. Beautiful home, great pool, awesome views. Super clean and super friendly. We’ll definitely be back. If you hire someone to cook, Chef Sarita is amazing. Top 5 meal of all-time. Cheers!

The whole house and property were great including the pool. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The location was great. The upstairs deck was fantastic. The bedrooms were as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having access to the pier. The games in the sand were a nice touch. The host arranged for our golf carts to be there upon arrival. The host also provided us with a contact for fishing and snorkelling. Overall it was a great experience. The only think that would have made it better would be no sargassum but that had nothing to do with the host or the property.

Amazing house!

House was just as described, we absolutely loved the location and the house. Everything was comfortable and the owner super helpful-they connected us with boat captains, private chefs, guided tours, and responded quickly every time we had questions. Belize is beautiful and this was a perfect vacation for our family.

Amazing trip! Can't wait to go back.

Location is great, right on the ocean with a dock where you can be picked up for excursions. Great house with private pool and not far from great places to eat and shop. Would highly recommend!

Large house with bunk rooms

We really enjoyed staying at noodles. We appreciated the two bunk rooms and had enough space for our large group. Ed was very accommodating and Iris was quick to help with whatever was needed. The house is about a 20 min drive from town but there are a few places to eat nearby (within 5 min)

Property was lovely, well-equipped, and clean. We loved our stay and Iris was very helpful with local knowledge and water refills. Only frustrating part was not knowing in advance that anyone could use the "private" dock, cabana, and beach area from 6am-6pm. There was a fairly constant stream of people fishing, docking their boats, or hanging out on the dock throughout the stay.

Ideal Belizean Vacation Home

We had a wonderful stay at Noodles Casa Lisa in San Pedro, Belize! Our family of 8 loved having our own rooms and our own bathrooms during our extended stay with Ed and Lisa. Ed and Lisa were wonderful hosts, very accommodating and communicative. They were able to arrange just about anything we needed while on the island and had solid restaurant recommendations. We would stay with them again anytime!

Magnificent

Everything was amazing. The managers of the house were amazing and attentive to helping with anything we needed. The owners were friendly and very welcoming. We will be back in the future and loved everything about San Pedro!

Perfect Getaway

We had an amazing time at Noodles Casa Lisa. There were 12 of us, 7 Adults, 5 kids. The house, pool, beach and everything were perfect. Iris was amazing the entire time and was accommodating to all our needs. If you are looking for a place a little away from town but not too far, this is the perfect place.

Family trip

Worked out great for our family! A little far from town but would not want to be closer its very busy! Ed our host was great, he knows everyone and everyone knows him and Noodles so he did a great job helping with some wayward family at times! Great Stay on Ambergris Caye

Lisa and Ed did everything possible to make our stay fantastic. We were two families with 8 people total and the house was more than big enough for everyone to have plenty of room. The pool, pier, and area for games provided plenty of options for activities at the house, and we enjoyed golf carting around the island. The house was clean and in great condition. Caretakers Iris and Eldon took great care of us.

Great house, great hosts!

Our family of 5 spent the week at Casa Lisa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The dock was great. The pool was great. The hosts were super attentive and made most all of our arrangements for activities, transportation etc. They personally greeted us upon our arrival and got us oriented. We are VRBO hosts ourselves and learned a thing or two from these fine folks.

VRBO in San Pedro

House was spacious and views were amazing. A little out of the way to get to downtown. Bumpy golf cart ride. Maybe because we are older, it felt longer making the trip everyday to town. Other than that all was good. Iris was amazing

Casa Lisa was very nice

The house was as advertised and the hosts and on-site property manager (separate house) were very attentive. We had 5 people so each had their own room (some with extra beds). It's across from Hol Chan, so 3.5 miles from downtown San Pedro. Takes 15 - 20 minutes by golf cart.

Wonderful family vacation!

We had an amazing stay at Noodle’s Retreat, the house was perfect for our family, queen sized bunk beds for the teens, ensuite bathrooms for the adult couples. Lisa and Ed are perfect hosts, gave us the lay of the land and organized all of our activities and transportation. The big table was great for family dinners and games of cards. The dock is beautiful and we even saw sting rays from it. Snorkeling was a lot of fun and the golf carts were a fun adventure on the bumpy roads to town. Huge thanks to Ed, Lisa, Iris and family!

Wonderful owners

We received the best advice, support, communication and guidance from Ed. The owners of the property handled reservations, discussed amenities in detail, offered assistance in every aspect of our trip from renting a golf cart, to provisioning, from airport transfers to arranging a bbq. Their attention to detail and communication was second to none!

Wonderful Stay !!

This was an outstanding stay and Home. Beautiful location, oceanfront, dock, breeze....complete. Our Hosts Ed & Lisa were very responsive setting this up and a delight to meet and work with. Caretakers Eldon & Iris were wonderful and attentive. Home was clean, well maintained and complete. Even the Bonefish off the Dock were happy! So were we! Thank you all! We'll be back. Fabulous time at a fabulous villa

Everything was outstanding! Communication before and throughout the trip was fantastic! Lisa, Ed, Iris and Eldon made sure every detail was covered… From making sure we had someone to help us once we landed, to comfortable beds, stocked supplies, a huge layout for socializing, great beach and pool, all within a beautiful villa with amazing views, arranging golf carts and fun excursions, plus an amazing birthday surprise, and everything in between, all was handled! We travel and the owners truly go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you again for everything! We appreciate all the hard work you all did so we could have a super fun and relaxing vacation!

An amazing stay at Casa Lisa on Ambergris Caye!

Our family of 8 had an amazing week at Casa Lisa. The property is picture perfect (exactly as shown in the property pictures). Ed, Lisa and Iris were there to welcome us and had our golf carts waiting. Iris and her family were available all week for whatever needs or questions we had. Snorkeling right off their dock was a much enjoyed activity! Everyone enjoyed the sea kayaks that are right on the property, as well as the immaculate pool. Beautiful sunrises, great restaurants nearby and the Hol Chan Marine Reserve is directly on the reef within view of the property. Thanks so much Iris, Ed and Lisa!! And Noodle of course!

Amazing stay at Noodles Retreat :)

We visited San Pedro with 2 other couples in search of R&R and boy did we find it here. Ed & Lisa were SUPER helpful and communicative leading up to our stay, they helped us coordinate a ride from the airport, massages on the pier, reef fishing and a private chef to come in home and cook us dinner. We felt very comfortable in the home, everything was clean and functional, the pool and beach area are pristine. They have staff that live in front of the property, although you wouldn't be able to tell. Iris was extremely kind and helpful during our stay, helping us with some laundry and getting additional water to the house. We can't say enough about this property and can't wait to come back for another stay. Thanks to Noodles Retreat for a memorable trip with memories that will last a lifetime!

Very Nice

We had a very nice time. The hosts were amazing with helping us set up everything we needed on the island. This included transportation and scuba diving, as well as recommendations for restaurants. They were able to set up scuba excursions for us, where we were picked up at the dock.This made for a great experience and saved us a lot of time. The road to the house was in bad shape the first few days. By the end the city had graded it and it was much better. When the road is in bad shape it makes it hard to get around. The bugs are very bad at dawn and dusk and after it rains.
