Very clean and spacious home. The biggest advantage for us was the incredible fenced in backyard and excellent setup. We enjoyed our accommodations at NOLA house.

The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we have ever seen for a VRBO. We were very happy with the property. The view was beautiful. We did not realize the property was pet friendly and there was some dog hair left on the rug upstairs and when we cleaned the main floor as well. Yonder the management team also reached out more than any other rental we have had.

Nola house

Very nice home. My family visited Swannanoa to celebrate a high school graduate. We enjoyed our visit and this n comfortable home.

Overall, would stay again

Nice house, and great deck, beds were very comfortable, dog friendly, great view, great fenced in back yard although the “yard” exactly wasn’t great but good enough… only other complaint would be is couldn’t enjoy said deck or jacuzzi because of the amount of ants and bugs everywhere and every time we would open jacuzzi lid bugs, ants and leafs would fall into the water.

Clean, cute, and comfortable

This was the perfect stay for me, my husband, and our 2 dogs. The house was super cozy and clean, the bedding was SO SOFT and the bed was very comfortable. The fenced backyard was amazing, our dogs loved being able to hang out outside with us without having to be tied. The hot tub was awesome after days of hiking, and the view was spectacular. The house is close to so many great hiking areas. We would happily stay here again if we returned to the area.

NOLA House in March

What a great little house. We had a fantastic bday weekend with lots of wind and a smattering of snow/ice. Hot tub was phenomenal with beautiful mountain views. Word of caution: there are A LOT of stairs to the backyard. It was a great pet friendly house. Yard is very large and fenced in. They’ve done a lot of repair work after the flood/hurricane 1000% worth a look!

Great space!

We had a wonderful visit and stay in this home! We had no trouble getting in on arrival. There was a small hiccup with locking the property as we left day 1, but their service team helped us out very quickly. The only small thing about the home is they said they had a coffee maker, but didn't specify it was a keurig only. Other than that, the home and the backyard were phenomenal! Everything seemed brand new and redone in the home! Our whole family enjoyed our time there.

Nice, upgraded house outside of Asheville

We overall enjoyed the house- though it is about an hour or more from all of the hiking trails. It’s great for family and low key experience. Overall nice appliances, bedding, etc. House is 3 stories high with alot of stairs and backyard is woody. Our dogs didn’t like going up and down the stairs. House does not have grill or table to eat dinner at if you have more than 4 people stay unless you want to eat outside.

Family stay

We were in the area as part of our trip through the Smoky Mountains and Pisgah areas. Having teenage and college kids, I was looking for multiple bedroom spaces (no one on a couch!) and amenities like deck spaces and hot tubs. This property provided a great first floor and deck area and bedroom spaces though it is noted that there were a few things like a closet doorknob that wasn't attached, spare shelving not yet assembled, some rough patching in upstairs walls and some dirty towels left behind. These items didn't impact our stay over much though we did have a bigger item that I contacted guest services on. The hot tub water line was almost below the jets and there was quite a bit of dirt and debris as though it had not been tended in some time. We were told that a third party service comes out twice a week but they did not come out while we were there so we did not get to use the hot tub. A representative did call me to let me know he would what he could to reach the service and I appreciate the effort. Really bummed that we didn't get the hot tub time and hoping that the third party service makes it right for the next guest

Traveling the US on a 4 mth vacay this was stop 6

This has to be the worst vacation rental we’ve stayed at so far. Besides for having to sign 24 pg legal documents to stay here, the home itself was dirty. The patios offered were so dirty & covered in so much pollen, they couldn’t be utilized throughout the stay. Upon arrival I went to sit on the lower deck with my dog, I completely ruined a good pair of shorts & white top. With all the restrictions from the property management company, you’d think the home would be immaculate. The least they could do is wipe down the chairs & blow off the decks. The refrigerator even had a dead moth in the shelves. The walls throughout the unit have so many stains on them we were afraid to touch them. We covered the sofa with our own blankets after using a lint remover, because it was covered in white pet hair & our dog is a blue grey short haired & doesn’t shed. I’ve been left 5 star ratings on all my last rentals. Even the last rental in Savannah said “Lisa left it so clean, it didn’t look like anyone even stayed there!”Some of the lights didn’t work. And no I didn’t complain, because I didn’t want anyone interrupting our plans or reservations or going into the house while we weren’t there with all our luggage & jewelry. The house is in desperate need of pest control, new towels, and a deep clean inside & out. I’d rec a mattress topper as well. I’m highly allergic to mold & would wake up daily w my eyes swollen shut & in desperate need of inhaler. I wouldn’t rec staying here until updated
