This cabin really does have all you need!

A smart TV to watch whatever apps you have, a fireplace to watch if the wildlife isn't appealing (MUST bring your own wood), a beautiful deck that wraps around 3/4 of the cabin and sits along the gorgeous Fall River, fully equipped kitchen, W/D, 6 person hot tub. Newly added: obstacle course for kids, swings and beach to enjoy in the summer. Upon booking, you agree to take any and all liability for any injuries occurring on the property. You agree to all hot tub rules when you book and we will charge for any extra cleaning or damage ($300) - don't be gross in here (see hot tub rules in photos).

This property features a unique sandy beach along the river, perfect for building sandcastles, lounging in the sun, or enjoying the soothing sounds of the water. Whether you’re looking for family fun or a peaceful spot to unwind, this riverside retreat has it all!

4WD IS required in winter (for your own good)!! Please remember snow is unpredictable and we do not control it. PLEASE park at the top of the driveway if conditions are slick from snow and ice. We are NOT responsible for any damage done your vehicle or for your vehicle getting stuck.

You'll have access to the whole 5 acres. The owners may stop by and grab things from the barn, but will not approach the house during your stay. Please be mindful of the neighbors property, practice safety outside, as there are wild animals and never leave food or trash outside.

THIS IS A MOUNTAIN CABIN, SNOW IS UNPREDICTABLE! 4X4 IS REQUIRED IN THE WINTER.

You may not be able to drive down to the cabin, but you can hike down, if needed. We are not responsible for any damage done your vehicle or for your vehicle getting stuck.

We do utilize a plow service, but do not guarantee specific times for road maintenance/snow removal.

Please note: the cylinder wood burning stove in the kitchen photos is no longer there.

Please do not take any nature from the land, including rocks.

Clear Creek County does not allow Short Term Rentals to utilize grills. Sorry for the inconvenience.
