Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. Please no pets on the beds or furniture so we can keep the home as clean as possible. This 2nd floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Cozy Beach Apartment

You can’t beat this location! A short walk to everything, and Ken was very responsive and easy to work with. It was our second time here, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Amazing

The location of this sweet little apartment is perfect. The place is well appointed with everything you need. The property manager/owner is easily accessible and responsive. It wasn’t clean when I arrived but the owner addressed and fixed that immediately. Great stay overall.

Flawless stay, just right!

The apartment was well-decorated and updated. We had all the comforts of home but felt like we were at the beach. The king sized bed was super comfy! We loved the private patio and outdoor chairs for morning coffee. Everything worked fine. Check in and out was super easy. Very clean space. Literally a very short 3 minute walk to the Atlantic side of the island and 9 minutes to the river side. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

Little hidden gem!

This was such an adorable condo just a 2 minute walk to the sand. It was exceptionally clean and adorable. The bed was very comfy and the shower with 2 shower heads was so relaxing after a day in the sun. The location is exceptional. The owner, Ken, is very communicative and quick to respond. Just one small recommendation is to supply shampoo and conditioner. This place was a gem of a find for a beach vacation!

Awesome rental in a great location

This was my first trip to Melbourne Beach where my partner and I stayed at a VRBO and this property did not disappoint. It was the perfect size for the two of us and being within close walking distance to the beach was incredible. We really appreciate a place that’s walkable so having a few restaurant options and a market within close walking distance was really awesome too.

Great stay!

This was a great stay in a great location! The apartment was clean and well equipped. Less than a block to the beach for those long walks. I loved sitting on the balcony! The Melbourne Market across the street is wonderful. Several restaurants in walking distance. Love the Sunnyside! Also close to the Shell Shop for souvenirs! Melbourne Beach is a very safe small town. Ken was a very helpful host! I am sure I will be back!

A father of 3, I enjoy playing golf and traveling when I can't spend time with my children.

I stayed here before I decided to buy this property and fell in love with the location. You can park your car and never need it. You can walk to everything from the beach, various restaurants, the river and pier, playground with basketball, bocce and tennis courts, the library, and many more things to do downtown
