Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location. In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier.

Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. Ryckman park is a short walk with a playground, basketball and tennis courts. They also hold local community events there.

PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

THE SPACE:
All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. Perfect rental for us

The host Ken was very responsive and kind. The listing was 100% accurate.... We loved the closeness to the Beach and very convenient for being out and about. Very clean and had all we needed. Thank you for a wonderful and stress-free stay..... We will be back!

Place was great. Except for the AC. The 1 mini split cannot keep up with the heat load. We had to keep blinds shut the whole weekend and night time sleeping was hot. Definitely needs another ac in the bedroom.

We loved it!

All I can say is LOCATION!!! It was located with everything you need within walking distance. We were only here for a quick weekend getaway but I loved it. We were able to bring our dogs and that was a plus. It has a cute patio area in the front and little private patio area in the back that you share with another unit. I feel it could've used a better cleaning more so around the bed area near the nightstands but I have my own cleaning company so I am very OCD about things. There were a few things like towels that could use some updating but that is just my thought. It had everything you would need and I would stay hear again. We will be back again!

Fun weekend getaway!

Cute little place with short walk and easy access to the beach. Nice coffee shop right next door and Melbourne Beach restaurants and shops a short drive away.

Get away

Is an awesome place , very comfortable, big beds, very clean and have everything you need. Fast WiFi, perfect parking and the location is amazing they have restaurants, market places, coffee shop next door and just walking minutes to the beach. Is a perfect place to be

Amazing proximity to beach!

This property is a set of four small units situated directly on A1A. We stayed in unit 1 which is closest to the road. Pros: Gorgeous apartment, beautifully decoratedClean fresh towelsGreat walk in showerFull kitchen with all utensils and dishesLaundry facilities available on siteDirectly across the street from a grocery store that has almost everything you need Directly across the street from restaurants and a delicious pizza place A short block and a half walk directly to the beach A clean spacious beautiful beach with very few peopleA very comfortable king-sized bed One TV in the bedroom and one in the living room Cons: The moment we walked into our unit we were hit with a very heavy smell of mold and mildew. I was very sensitive to this odor. We kept the windows open all day and all night just to be able to tolerate it. Being directly next to a busy road It was hard to sleep with traffic noises all night. Even the inside of the dresser drawers smelled like mold so I kept my clothes in suitcases. We met the cleaning lady and she was fantastic/accommodating. She mentioned that they have had hurricanes that could be causing dampness. Even the lampshades had mold spots. I spoke with the family in unit 2 and they did not have that smell. We would absolutely love to visit this property again but not in unit 1 because of the odor. amazing and we would lovto stay

Cozy time

It was relaxing despite the poor weather. Enjoyed being so close to everything including a short walk to the beach. A small but cozy & darling place.

Could be better for the cost

The location is the best thing about this rental. The bathroom is located off the bedroom which is awkward for a 3rd guest on the sleep sofa. The towels, pillow, sheets and furniture (inside and out) could use updating.

Overall it was a good experience, but not great

We had to cancel our rental on Siesta Key because of the hurricane. I'll say the area is a bit underwhelming by comparison with Siesta and several other beach towns we've been to. Not as much going on, but we had a few restaurants, and there's a wonderful grocer across the street with great pizza, baked goods, a huge selection of beer and wine! The beach is one block away and easy walk which is good, and it's a nice beach. The unit was overall clean. Our biggest beef is the living room/kitchen area smelled noticeably mildewy. The AC unit probably needs a good cleaning. The bedroom smelled better. Things like the towels, dishes, etc all seemed pretty old and worn. Only one wine glass. That's pretty picky I know and ya'll may not care, but just trying to leave a thorough review.

Amazing Location

Although there are a bunch of things to do if you want to venture out, the best thing about this place is that you don’t even have to leave the street for your entire stay! The house was fully stocked with necessities and anything else you might need or want can be picked up across the street, and if you take a 2 minute walk, you will be on the beach!

A Very Pleasant Stay

Clean Comfy Rental with an Unbeatable Location

The property is clean, king size bed is very comfy and the location cannot be beat. Directly across from the MB Market (best coffee!) And a block to the beach. Very nice beach chair and umbrella for use. Short walk to the MB Pier to watch the sunset. Awesome stay, thank you!

A father of 3, I enjoy playing golf and traveling when I can't spend time with my children.

I stayed here before I decided to buy this property and fell in love with the location. You can park your car and never need it. You can walk to everything from the beach, various restaurants, the river and pier, playground with basketball, bocce and tennis courts, the library, and many more things to do downtown.
