Welcome to Apartment 11! My husband and I created this space as our personal guest house after having enjoyed unique stays during our travels. We live in the neighborhood and love what east Panama City Beach has to offer! Enjoy our quiet apartment with comfortable beds, chill decor, outdoor dining on the private patio, and only steps away from the gulf! Located on the east end of Panama City Beach near St. Andrews State Park, and multiple restaurants/pubs that are in walking distance!

Enter Apartment 11 through the gate to the large private patio. This is the hidden corner unit in a single story, 11 unit, apartment community with long term residents. So you can expect quiet nights and restful sleep during your stay by the beach!

The patio has a rocking Adirondack chair, a table and market umbrella with seating for 4, and outdoor shower. Open up the umbrella, and enjoy the shade during the day, or use the attached lamp with colored light options for relaxing ambiance in the evenings. (Remote for umbrella lamp is in a plastic baggy tucked under the small table next to the rocking Adirondack chair.)

This two bedroom, one bath, apartment is small and cozy but set up with long views, which creates a sense of spacious yet contained sanctuary.

Low profile queen size beds with quality medium-firm memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms, are perfect for support and comfort. Soft cotton linens, plenty of pillows to use or put aside, and cozy faux fur rugs to welcome your feet when getting in and out of bed.
Sound machines in both bedrooms with multiple sound and light options.

Large windows in the living room, and front bedroom looking out onto the private patio allows for lots of natural light, while maintaining privacy in this beach neighborhood.

Lovely lamps and lighting options throughout the space to create chill evening vibes.

The kitchen is stocked with some key appliances, beautiful dishes, nice utensils, and the same nonstick ceramic/oven safe pots and pans I use in my own home. Oh and plenty of paper plates and outdoor friendly cups for good measure!
I keep the kitchen stocked with quality cooking oil, some basic spices, and a few condiments.
There’s a two person bistro bar table inside, and outdoor dining for 4 on the private patio. Whether you’re eating take out or cooking at home, it’ll feel like fine dining.
