Perfect for large groups, the open-concept living space combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Located on the top (3rd) floor, this spacious room features vaulted ceilings, beautiful pine accents, and 11 windows plus two skylights, offering luxury treehouse vibes. It’s designed for group gatherings, with a 60-inch smart TV, large sectional sofa seating 6, Bluetooth sound system, and family-friendly games.

KITCHEN / DINING
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals for large groups. It includes a French-door refrigerator, electric stove, new dishwasher, oven, microwave, crock pot, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender, and premium knives. Situated between the living and dining areas, it’s convenient for serving meals. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for 4 at the live-edge bar.

OFFICE
Ideal for remote work, the home office features a monitor, mouse, keyboard, HDMI cable, ergonomic chair, and printer, plus a cozy library.

PLAYROOM
The first-floor game room offers an air hockey table, smart TV, record player, and darts for entertainment.

MASTER BEDROOM
Wake up to serene forest views in the master bedroom, located just off the main living area. It has vaulted ceilings, pine details, a walk-in closet, and a large smart TV.

Three outdoor decks/balconies offer plenty of seating, a fire pit, and a propane grill. Ample driveway space accommodates RVs, trailers, and over 5 cars comfortably.
