Welcome to the Matanzas Manor, a waterfront home located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in St. Augustine! This charming two story is the perfect place to experience the best the historic city has to offer. With its central location, you'll be walking distance to St. Augustine's local restaurants, bars, and historic Downtown. PLUS you're only a short drive or bike ride away from attractions including St. Augustine’s Amphitheatre and beaches!

This is such a great house in a fabulous location. The owners are so gracious and accommodating - so incredibly helpful. We will definitely want to stay at Matanzas Manor again - the perfect place!

Perfect relaxation spot

Wonderful place to stay in St Augustine. Perfect for the water lover and convenient to the sites. My family and I had a wonderful stay. Macy and her family are the best hosts.

Loved this house! We visit St. Augustine yearly and stay in different places. But going forward, I think we have found our place. This house has an excellent location-on the water, near the amphitheater, and close to the historic district. Host Macy is fantastic-very responsive and helpful.

Quiet location

Super cozy and in an established neighborhood. Perfect for a chill family get away. One note, bathrooms are only available by a few stairs, so any with mobility issues just need to be aware. Also the house was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms and pool

Great Place

Property is exactly as pictured. Macy and family are very nice and helpful. Place is a mile from downtown historic St Augustine, which is perfect. And there are plenty of restaurants on this side of the bridge too. We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the month of March, there is always a breeze off the water.

This house was super clean and comfortable. It's a mid-century house but, but even though it is about 60 years old, it is very well maintained. The pool area and gazebo are nice, but it was chilly, so we didn't have an opportunity to take advantage of those areas, but wish we had. We were well supplied with everything - they went above and beyond. It was a convenient location with easy access to the old town of St. Augustine. We were two couples and one arrived hours before the other, and hours before we were supposed to be able to access the house. Macy was so gracious to allow them to deliver their luggage to the garage and when they actually arrived, the house was cleaned so they were allowed to enter early. Thank you, Macy! The only drawback to the house is that the bathrooms are small. All in all, a spotless house with gracious hosts!

We had a lovely week at this property. Super easy to communicate with our host. Everything was as pictured. Easy walk to grab a bite to eat.Super appreciative of all the little extras and the stocked bathroom for little things you may have forgotten. Thank you for sharing your home with us ❤️

Fabulous house and stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Matanzas Manor! From the moment we arrived, our family felt right at home. The house was very clean, well-furnished, and in a great location. The beds and furniture were super comfy and plenty of TVs. The pool was crystal clear and the patio area had plenty of seating. There is a great dock for fishing/ kayaking. Inside, there were plenty of towels, toiletries, and a wide array of kitchen supplies. Macy is an amazing host - very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to go back!

Wonderful Stay

Macy’s property is very pretty, clean, and tidy both inside and outside. It is spacious for our family of 5; 3 adults and 2 children. All the supplies are well stocked. I have stayed at quite a few rentals through the years. I have to say that Macy’s kitchen supplies are the best. The location, in a quiet neighborhood, is very convenient for us to visit all the planned attractions. The sunset is beautiful. Macy is very pleasant and responsive to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Magical Matanzas!

You will not go wrong staying at this amazing home. The house is very well appointed and super comfortable - it has everything you will need, including pool towels. Plus, you have amazing views of the water! The hosts are very easy to work with and offer wonderful recommendations if needed. If you rent bikes from Anastasia Bicycle Rental (ABR), he will deliver and later pick up the bikes from the home. Many restaurants and shopping are within walking distance right on Anastasia Island (recommend Osprey's or Mojo's for tacos - both were delicious). It's super nice to bike over the bridge to St Aug's (parking there is a nightmare). We had an amazing breakfast at Manatee Cafe. The Augustine Amphitheater is a fantastic place to see a show - check out the schedule before you go!
