Rest and relaxation await at this Gulf Shores vacation rental. Outdoor living is easy with two private balconies overlooking the large all-season pool. The Cottages at Lagoon Pass community also provides Little Lagoon access, boat docks (first-come, first-serve), and a fishing pier.

Accessed by an exterior staircase, the two-story interior boasts designer finishes and great natural light. Craft delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Kick back and watch favorite shows in the water-view living area or unwind in one of two light and bright bedrooms upstairs, each with a full bath.

Located across the street from the beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to fishing or kayaking the lagoon. A few minutes away, you’ll find Gulf Shores shops, dining, and the water park.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great view and location

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be near everything Gulf Shores has to offer but away from the business. This cottage has a great view of the bay and a short walk from the beach. The cottage was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We are planning another trip here soon.

Great location

Great location and property amenities. Access to the beach is close and it is nice to have a pool and access to the dock when you don’t want to go to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay!

Loved the views! Nice decor. Although living room furniture is comfortable, it is worn and stained, especially upholstered ottomans. Lost power during storm and there was no flashlight available. Home sways during high winds. Lovely beds, but extremely tall and difficult to access! Owners need to provide a stool beside both. Kitchen had all we needed and beach access across the street was nice. Pool access is just steps away. The property is currently for sale.

Paradise in Gulf Shores

Really great property on Little Lagoon. Close to beach, close to a running/biking trail. Pool was awesome. Comfortable and peaceful place!

Great stay

This is an end unit overlooking the pool and lake. It was great having breakfast and lunch on the porch. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location, clean, welcoming property

We have stayed in another unit in this complex, but really liked this unit because it was on the end and has two unobstructed decks overlooking the pool and bay. The unit is very clean and family friendly. It does seem a little worn (living room furniture seemed old and there was a piece of stair nose trim that fell off), but overall the property is in great condition and a great location just steps from the pool, bay, and beach.

Cute cottage on the lagoon

This cottage worked out perfectly for my wife and I. The location was nice and quiet but close enough to everything you may want to do. We enjoyed the dock and the views from our cottage. The house had everything we needed for our stay. There is a pool on site but they didn’t mention that it isn’t heated so don’t plan on using it before summer. While we were there the handle on the toilet broke. We called the number provided and it was fixed right away. The only real problem we had was the sofa and chair in the living room were worn out, uncomfortable and should probably be replaced. Overall I would definitely recommend this cottage.

Great place needs some updates

The unit itself was great in a great location. However the living room furniture needs to be completely replaced. We found the couch and chair to be gross. Old and full of stains

Family Vaca

Place was not very clean. Coffee pod left in coffee maker, steaks and handprints all over door leading out to porch. Candy and wrappers under pull out sofa, dishwasher had not been wiped down on the outside and the upstairs had parts laying around that were broken from something. Not near enough towels for a week stay with five people. We had to wash two loads before they brought us more towels. Despite the shape of the cottage we enjoyed our time at the beach but will not stay at the exact place again.

Great for small family

This house was perfect for a week long vacation for a small family. It had everything we needed and the location was great. Beach access was close and having the pool right outside was so nice for having a toddler that constantly wants to swim. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would’ve liked to have seen was blinds that provide more privacy.

Great Views, Loud Pool

This was a great little vacation spot, but you hear everything from the pool. The pool is supposed to shut down at 10, but three different nights people were at the pool until midnight. On the second night we called Vacasa and they asked that we call the police. The home is really nice, they just can't control the neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. Also, the upstairs bathroom has a curtain rod that is installed wrong. It is supposed to curve out to give more room, but it curves up like a rainbow. This is just a little annoying and needs to be fixed.

Open and airy with great views

We had a beautiful view of the lagoon which was especially pretty at sunset. The property is open and airy with everything you need to make yourself at home. The area is quiet and just a short walk across the street from the beach.

Excellent location and property!

We have stayed at 5 different properties in the direct area and this was our favorite. The location and quality is great. Strangely, the house does sway some and the floors were slightly dirty upon arrival. Outside of that 5 stars. We would like to come back.

Pleasant atmosphere and clean home

We enjoyed our stay here, despite the weather. The home was comfortable and clean. We only stayed two days and wish we could have utilized the pool and pier but due to the weather we were unable to do that. However, in the off season in Gulf Shores, it’s easy to find things to do and a multitude of great places to eat. Our visit was partially for business as I am expanding my vacation rental cleaning business to the area (I am currently based on the Mississippi Gulf Coast vacay-maid.com) and can honestly say the home was very clean. Even to my standards. The beds were a little softer than we like but that’s just our preference. They could use better comforters or quilts (the ones there are more like heavy sheets). And it would have been nice to have a couple of coffee pods available for the Keurig. All in all it is a nice place and I would recommend it. The beach is an easy walk across the street and the view on the lagoon side is very nice, especially at sunset.
