THE HAVEN: OVERVIEW - A classic, modernized, ALL NEWLY FURNISHED A-Frame that sits on a bluff overlooking the north shore of Norris Lake in Sharps Chapel TN. The tranquil 5-acre wooded property located on a long winding lakefront 2-MILE cul-de-sac road only has 6 homes, only 3 visible from the road, giving you all the privacy to enjoy your stay! Located halfway by boat between Beach Island and Hickory Star Marinas on Norris Lake’s main Clinch River channel you can enjoy year-round access from your private dock to the lake. This area of the lake is also quieter with boat traffic making it perfect for on and off lake fun! It also offers deep water and private views to Island F, with no homes, builds across the lake. Truly a stunning location that feels like your own private lake estate.

THE HAVEN: GENERAL ACCOMODATIONS - This story book, 2,658 sqft A-Frame is equipped with a spacious kitchen with standard coffee maker, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, washer, dryer and much more! AC & Heat. The Great Room with soaring 24ft wall of windows overlooking the lake offers areas to lounge and a dining area that seats 8. The Haven also offers a secondary outdoor eating area that seats 8 off the kitchen to easily grill. There is a secondary living area in the loft great for games/TV when the kids need a place to escape. There is also a wonderful desk area in the loft overlooking the lake if you need to take work on the road. The Haven offers FIBER WIFI!!! Much better, faster and more reliable than satellite! The home has a gas log fireplace for use seasonally (Oct – April 1st) & a gas grill for outdoor cooking. The property features a large stone lakefront firepit perfect for gathering outside on those cool evenings. The Haven also offers three smart TVs, one in the living room, "Autumn" Primary loft & "Spring" Bedroom.

THE HAVEN: SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS - The chalet sleeps 8: 1 King, 2 Queens and 2 Twins. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway, a family or group of friends; The Haven will offer premium furnishings for the most comfortable of stays. Each sleeping area has been designed around the 4 Seasons on the Lake. Go ahead pick your favorite season to stay in and assign your friends or family theirs!

SPRING SUITE: When spring arrives at The Haven, the first thing you notice is the fresh and bright reawakening. This coupled with all the brilliant shades of green. Be it the new lime green leaves or the dark evergreens that are more prominent. The Spring suite sleeps two in a queen size bed on the main level of the home. It shares a full bath with shower stall with the Summer Suite. Wi-Fi wall mount Fire TV with alcove lighting, large closet, ceiling fan, nightstands have electrical outlets and USB plugs.

SUMMER SUITE: Evokes feelings when lake is at its fullest pool, the deepest blues and the brightest oranges sunsets. The summer suite sleeps two in a queen size bed on the main level of the home. It shares a full bath with shower stall with the Spring Suite. Large closets, ceiling fan, nightstands have electrical outlets and USB plugs.

AUTUMN PRIMARY LOFT: When the leaves turn and the lake reflects shades of blue, turquois and gray. The sun is lower and the soft mustard shades of yellow are abound. The Autumn Primary loft sleeps 2 in a king size bed. With views to the lake as you wake through the 24 ft A-Frame front windows it is truly spectacular. Nightstands are equipped with electrical outlets for easy plug in, there is smart TV to watch from bed or the sitting area and ceiling fans. It has its own vaulted ceiling private bath (unless you bring the kids/friends to share the 2-twin area) featuring a garden shower tub, double sink vanity and makeup area. The bath also leads to your private Primary Retreat Deck overlooking the lake from high above.

WINTER LOFT: When the snow comes the colors are minimal and the woods lake and grounds move to more of a black and white moment. The cozy Winter Loft alcove sleeps two in two twin beds. The Winter Loft is upstairs and open/adjacent to the Autumn Primary Loft. It can be utilized for kids or extra adults for a full house.

WORKING REMOTE?: The Haven has a beautiful desk space to plop your laptop in the upper loft overlooking the great room (TV) and views to Lake Norris. If you prefer to work dockside, we have Fiber Wi-Fi extenders that send signal down to the lake!

THE HAVEN: DOCK – Just you and your guests will enjoy a PRIVATE dock! The year-round water access dock has two slips on either side for you to tie up. The center lift is for owner use only. There is also a jet ski pad to easily park your water toy! There is a swim in/out ladder for easy access to the water. The Haven also offers two kayaks for enjoyment on the lake. The dock canopy offers shade in the afternoon for sitting or lounging around the dock. Happy hour sunsets from the dock are amazing! The property has a WIFI outdoor signal extender sending signals to take your work or play to the dock!

THE HAVEN: DECKS – The Haven offers 4 outdoor deck areas for you to enjoy! Off the great room you will find the expansive wraparound FRONT DECK for you to take in the views of the lake from up on the bluff. It’s like you are in a Tree house!!! It is outfitted with two high tops to see directly to the view. There is also an outdoor dining table that covets easily from 6 to 8! Off the kitchen to the rear side of the property you will find the SIDE DECK with a trellised canopy, built in seating to enjoy coffee in the morning and a gas grill. Upstairs in the Haven Loft you will find the PRIMARY RETREAT DECK. Great for sunbathing on the loungers. Beautiful views from this high point of the property! Lastly, we have the LOWER LAKE DECK (including easy stairs to lake) that has an entertaining area for picnics, etc. if you don’t want to be on the dock or the lake but lakeside. In addition, there are two wooden outdoor swings to relax on, one is lakefront and the other is at the rear of the home with wooded views.

NORRIS LAKE: Norris Lake is located about 45 minutes North of Knoxville. It offers over 800 miles of shoreline! It's one of the clearest cleanest lakes in TN. It's so clear that you jump in off the dock you can see your entire body! The Haven is located halfway between two marinas, Beach Island & Hickory Star. There are many beautiful coves to explore with your boat. The Lake is one of the top-rated bass fishing lakes in the United States. Clear, deep water that offer an endless supply of large and smallmouth bass, crappie, walleye, catfish, striped bass, bluegill, spotted bass and lake perch. Great fishing can be had all year round. On a great area of the lake where there is not a lot of boat traffic, which makes swimming, fishing and water sports safe and stress free.

OTHER NOTES –
• Check-in is at 4pm & Check-out is at 10am & you must be 25 to rent. Check in & out times are firm unless approved in advance.
• Max number of guests allowed is 8. No events or parties will be allowed.
• Additional taxes & fees may apply
• No Pets
• No motorhomes, campers, tents or any other arrangement that can sleep people on the driveway, yard, or anywhere else on the property. 8 people max
• House includes all linens, bath towels, pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, etc.
• A STARTER supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, liquid hand soaps, roll of toilet paper per bathroom & trash bags will be provided per stay
• Recommended items to bring: extra trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, toilet paper, beach towels, water shoes, sunscreen, hiking shoes, bug repellant spray, extra ice & all person soaps, shampoo & conditioners.
• No smoking on the property
• There are outdoor security cameras for protection since this is a year-round rental. They do not look into any interior spaces.
• Please note, this part of the lake has year-round water. Just please be advised that lake levels are lowered by the TVA in the Fall and raised again in the Spring and can fluctuate in off season months.
• Nearest grocery store is Food City Maynardville and Ingles or Food City Tazwell. Walmart is also next to Ingles in Tazwell. About 30 min from house.
• Parking – NO TRAILERS allowed on the driveway. The driveway has room for 3 cars max at the top parking area with the ability to move in and out of the drive. There is plenty of off-street, grass street shoulder parking at the bottom of the driveway. There is room to park and leave a boat trailer along the grass shoulder of the road. The road is a dead end with a cul-de-sac so you can turn your trailer around there. There is next to no traffic on this street. Very quiet!
• Access Note – The property is hilly, including the driveway with stairs down to the dock. It may be considered challenging for those with mobility concerns. But with the setting comes the beautiful views of the lake and woods!
