Our charming lakeside cabin sits right on Lake Erie and offers stunning views for guests to enjoy.
The cabin offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and a cozy reading loft with stunning lake views.
Enjoy sitting on the porch while taking in lake views or sit around the fire pit and roast s'mores.
**NEW FOR 2026** The community has a brand new beautiful lakeside area just steps from the cabin, with a walkway, picnic tables, benches, and direct access to the lake for kayaking/swimming/etc.
Blue Heron House is located minutes from Geneva-On-The-Lake/Ashtabula Harbor/Public Beaches/Wineries and more!
THE SPACE:
Living Room/Kitchen:
Enter into the open concept space with a couch & chair in the seating area plus a small table that seats 2 with central air/heating throughout. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with the basic necessities for cooking a meal.
Master Bedroom:
Located on the main floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed, full closet, and a dresser.
Loft Bedroom:
Accessible by staircase, the loft bedroom has a queen bed, small sitting area, and cubed shelves to store belongings.
Bathroom:
Simple bathroom with a walk-in shower and small sink area. Towels for guests located in each bedroom. Toilet paper provided.
Front Loft:
This is a small sitting area/reading nook that is only accessible via ladder. There is a chaise lounge and lots of pillows to relax and view the lake from the window, while enjoying music from the record player.
Outside:
The front porch has a bench and 2 chairs to enjoy the lake view. There is a small side yard area with a picnic bench and small fire pit. Use of fire pit is at your own risk. There are several local suppliers of fire wood for purchase.
Cabins On The Lake is a peaceful retreat for everyone. Owners and guests must:
1. …conduct themselves in a manner that preserves the quiet enjoyment of neighbors throughout the day,
during the evening, and at nighttime.
2. …limit parking to two vehicles per cabin in assigned spaces (per the COTL Declaration).
Additional vehicles must use designated visitor parking, not blocking vehicle passage or lake and park
views. Per the Declaration, towing may be used, but as a last resort.
3. …keep dogs on a leash, without excessive barking, and clean-up after they poop.
4. … if disturbed, proceed with your “complaint” in a reasonable and considerate process:
a. notify the offending party in person if safe and appropriate,
b. text and call the owner* immediately, allowing some time for them to remedy the situation,
c. if the disturbance continues, is severe or dangerous, contact the police, and
d. make sure to notify the current HOA manager, Don Andrus.
