Located in the Sunrise Villas. 1 bedroom condo on the 2nd floor with private balcony and great sunrises.

A 1 Bedroom Condo with Exquisite Sunrises and great sunrises.

Completely rebuilt and refurbished in 2021 Sunrise 210 is located on the 2nd floor of Sunrise Villa's a 20-unit condo complex In Port Aransas conveniently accessible to downtown.

Relax on your own private balcony with comfortable seating and enjoy the exquisite sunrises! In the evening, experience the sounds and breezes of the ocean with spectacular sunsets. Use the amazing wooden boardwalk to gain direct beach access (about 4-minute walk).
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Nice little condo! Worked well for a quick, last minute beach trip for our little family of 4. Kitchen had all the basics to being able to cook a few simple meals during our stay. There is a washer/dryer on site, however you do have to pay to use them, which we were not anticipating. Check in and out process was very easy and Melissa was available for any questions we had.

Awesome!

Little funky that the bedroom is in front, not a complaint at all. But the room does what you need it to do and the amenities are great. coffee maker is awesome. The owners are great and answered all our questions and helped us throughout the process with any issues. We Will use again!

Anniversary Getaway

First off Melissa was a very great host! Super nice attitude and she was very informative of the questions I asked her. Property was super clean and organized and was listed as accurately as possible. Although we did wish the water pressure in the shower was a lot stronger but other than that our anniversary trip was well enjoyed!

Beautiful property close to the beach

The property was newly remodeled, clean and finished with lovely furnishing. It close to the beach with easy access to downtown. Very nice with all the comforts of home. It was also very quiet and in a nice location away from the main road.

Enjoyed a quick weekend stay

This condo offered everything my family needed for a quick weekend trip. The bathroom was kind of dim and small, but otherwise it was a good stay! Very friendly and helpful property management.

We loved our stay. The place was cute, short walk to the beach, fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Condo

This condo was the perfect size for a family of 3 adults. My 18yr daughter slept on the pull out sofa and she said it was very comfortable. The king size bed was super comfy. It would be great for a family with 2 or 3 small kids as well. Plenty of room. The condo was very quiet and had a great family feel to it. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items. We spent most of our time at the beach which was very close to the condo. It would be an easy walk across the Board walk (just go between a few houses in front of the condo, very easy to do). We kept our beach gear in the truck (covered) and drove to the beach every day and the public beach access is just down a block or so from the condo where you can drive on the beach. Very convenient location. The overall feel of the condo was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and we only saw a few people using it in the evenings. It had a super easy check in and out process. I would definitely stay at this condo again. Highly recommend!
