Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This is an immaculate 6,000 sq ft home with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that sleeps 20+ comfortably. There are 3 large living areas. A cozy theatre room! Home has direct access to thousands of acres of recreation (atv and mountain biking trails)! Vernal is close to numerous reservoirs, hiking trails, and dinosaur attractions. Also come and relax on the new massage chair and in the new spacious hot tub. Fiber optic internet.
The space
The property is very refreshing with stunning views! We receive the most feedback on how beautiful the views are from the deck and from the hot tub! Plenty of parking. You will love the spaciousness of the house and the variety of rooms available. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs, and 3 bedrooms downstairs. One of the bedrooms is in the theatre room and kids love watching movies from the top bunk beds. Families have enjoyed the ping pong 🏓 table and piano downstairs too. And don’t forget about the massage chair to relax in after your adventures! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook for your guests. Guests have wanted to come back and immediately rebooked. The small playground is such a bonus. This is non-stop fun!!!
Guest access
You have access to the whole house other than some storage areas and the office. Although we are open to discussing that if you would like access to that room.
Other things to note...
This home was built in the early 1980s and much of it has been remolded. However, most of the wood and doors are original. Sometimes there is low water pressure with multiple use. Also, we will be on the property maintaining the hot tub and caring for the yard and garbages, etc. feel free to say high. Sometimes we stay on the outskirts of the property in our shop. Additional charges for trailers and pets.
