The panoramic views of the Delaware Bay and Prime Hook Refuge will leave you amazed! This very unique home includes numerous artifacts from the area and decor from a tug boat. A perfect place to make family memories for years to come! The floor plan includes and open kitchen and living area on the first floor with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath with shower. The second floor includes 3 bedrooms, a den and a second full bath with shower. The third floor gives you access to the top deck of the home where the views are stunning! Did we mention...the home is steps to the beach and a stones throw from the Beach Plum State Park.

The owner will accept pets with a $300 non-refundable pet fee for each pet- Dogs Only. Breed restrictions- No dangerous breeds accepted. Dangerous breeds include- Boxer, American Bulldogs, American Pit Bull Terriers, Huskies, Doberman Pinchers, Chow Chow, Rottweilers.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $247.50.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
