While some of the concerns described differ significantly from our inspection records and the experiences shared by the hundreds of guests who have enjoyed this home over the years, we nevertheless appreciate the opportunity to review them and ensure the property continues to meet the high standards our guests have come to expect. Our goal is always to provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable vacation experience. This home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival, and any maintenance items are addressed promptly whenever they are brought to our attention. We encourage guests to contact us during their stay so we have the opportunity to respond immediately and resolve concerns while they are still enjoying their vacation. We regret that we were not given that opportunity in this instance. HI Patricia: the sea air just does a number on the electronic locks. We are looking at alternative to the current lock and should have an updated locking mechanism soon! We try to save guest the traffic by coming to lewes to check in - and rely on guest letting us know of issues with the door code/lock. Thanks again Bill
