Your tropical oasis awaits at this beautiful 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home with a private heated pool!

Located on the bay interior side of SPI, this breathtaking private house offers guests the perfect vacation rental accommodations for their trip to SPI!
Our pool is HEATED which makes it usable everyday of the year!
The upstairs entails a spacious 2nd floor living area with ample seating room for guests to relax, as well as a flat screen tv. Located off the living area and kitchen is a large wrap around balcony overlooking the pool area on both 2nd and 3rd floors. Guests will love sitting on the balcony and relaxing while feeling the warm breeze of our tropical climate.

Ready to cook? Guests will enjoy preparing meals with family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchen. This kitchen has everything you would need to cook a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The dining table has seating for 8 people and there is additional seating at the large kitchen countertop.
This home does have wireless internet.

The downstairs bedroom has a King size bed and flat screen tv. As an addition to this bedroom you will find a kitchenette with a sink and microwave for guests use.
The second bedroom is on the second floor located right off the living area and has a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom shared on this level.
The third bedroom located on the third floor has a set of bunk beds that is twin over full with a trundle bed included.
The fourth bedroom is on the third floor and features a queen bed. There is a full bathroom located on this floor between the bedrooms.
This fifth bedroom will be your master bedroom which is also located on the third floor. The master bedroom features a king bed with direct balcony access.
The large master bathroom is equipped with an over soaking tub and walk-in shower plus his and hers double sinks!

The pool area is perfect to enjoy after a fun day at the beach! Our pool is HEATED which makes it usable everyday of the year! Guests will love hanging out in the lounging chairs in the backyard to soak up our beautiful South Padre Island sun. The balconies facing the pool area provides seating to enjoy an elevated island breeze under the shade. Cookings in the backyard is a great experience on the propane grill!

Every stay at 214 W. Lantana includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. Beautiful house, amazing view, walking distance from everything

The house was beautiful. Perfect for family vacation. The view from the balcony is amazing. Ot wqs walking distance from everything. Our coffee maker didn't work and they brought a new one within 30 minutes. I recommend this place to everyone.

Great staff at SPI Rentals

My original location was not ready for occupation but SPI reached out to me in advance to find me a secondary location to stay at. Refunded me the difference. Secondary location was actually pretty nice. Fast, responsive staff at SPI.

Great Home & Location

This was myself and my family first time visiting South Padre and we enjoyed every bit of it, we can't wait to return, We came for my son's birthday trip and everything was great. First off making the reservation, communicating with the staff with getting advice about the area, grocery stores,excursions to anything was A+ everyone was so nice and polite. Once we arrived at the home we loved the layout, it was perfect size for the 10 of us. We can't wait to return working with SPI rentals was the best. I give them 5 stars hands down with home, area and all around kindness.

The house is amazing. The only thing was the fans. Apparently the 1st floor and 3rd floor are on the same frequency . It will freak you out at 3am and the light and fan have a mind of their own.

Stunning home

This home is by far the loveliest we have ever stayed in on the island. Large enough for all 10 of us, it was so comfortable and roomy! You can tell extra care was taken in it! SUPER clean, perfect back yard, great location! The Crab Shack is definitely one we'll request again!

We loved the space in the house but would have liked to have access to the swimming pool and outdoor shower through the access doors on each side of the house instead of going through the house and down the stairs through a bedroom to access it. It would have been nice to have access to a garage. The master bedroom in top floor and master bedroom in bottom floor were going back & forth as to who had control of the lights in their respective room and we had the same problem with the bedroom off of the living room and the bunk bedroom. It was amazing to be able to see the boats on the bay and the fireworks from the 2nd & 3rd floor wraparound porches. The grandkids loved running around these to see on each side of the house. The rooms were spacious and the house was well stocked with appliances. We would definitely do this again. We had an amazing time in this house.

Great house!

We had two families to accommodate and this was the perfect house! Enough beds for everyone, the four full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to clean up after a day at the beach, the pool was wonderful! We will definitely rent this house again! Thank you!

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Plenty of room for everyone in the family and the pictures were 100% accurate. Would definitely recommend staying at this property!

Great Week

We did so much and always ended up back at the house together, discusing our day and planning the next. It was my wife and I, our 2 kids, her parents, sister and my folks. 9 all together. It worked great for us.
