Oceanfront Apartment located within the exclusive Icon Vallarta condominium, which has the best amenities and a Private Beach club, you can enjoy the wonderful views from its terrace, as well as the unparalleled sunsets. It is an apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Spectacular two bedroom Oceanfront Condo at Icon Vallarta; Pools, Restaurant, Beach Club, Bar, Jacuzzi, Spa, Gym, Cinema, Kids Club, Concierge, Parking. Condo has Wifi, A/C, TV, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, furnished terrace for spectacular sunsets and views. Near the airport, restaurants, shopping centers, nightclubs, Malecon, seaport, supermarkets and hospitals. Under condo regulations, infants and babies are considered guests and the max allowed is 6. Childs and babies count as guests. We are sure that you will have an extraordinary vacation, since the apartment is fully equipped for six people. Ask about lower rates for two people!!

Great condo in Puerto Vallarta

Absolutely gorgeous condo in a perfect location in Puerto Vallarta. The condo is in a very good condition, nicely furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen. The view from the living/dining room is outstanding and both bedrooms have huge windows with nice view as well. ICON in one or the best properties in Puerto Vallarta and the condo reflects the premium vale of the property. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Icon Vallarta

I would highly recommend staying here. The hosts were extremely accommodating, the condo was clean with an incredible view, it was close to amazing restaurants and right on the beach and in a very safe area. I would stay here again!

Fantastic property and location

We could not have asked for a better view, housing arrangement, location or customer service from the property manager/owner (Betzy) for our stay. If we are able to return someday, we hope we are able to rent this unit again!!!!

Best family trip ever!

Exceeded our expectations. Great location. Wonderful service. Very clean and comfortable. Best ocean views. Perfect size and space for 6 people. Accommodations , gym, library, pools, beach, access to excursions, etc. all on site or close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo and property

This is a great place to stay! The condo is beautiful with an incredible view from every room. The pictures are very accurate. The owners are very responsive and flexible - we couldn’t have asked for more. And the property has a great pool, beach area and restaurant on site. There is also a grocery store and pharmacy within a couple blocks. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend choosing this home for your vacation.

Worst experience with a VRBO

The owner and the management team at this VRBO are the most unkind, unprofessional people I have had to deal with in over 20 years of traveling on business and personally. The property and the location is amazing. This was our second year staying at the ICON but if you can STAY AWAY from this unit. Now for the story. The property says it accommodates 6 people. When I had initially booked the property it was only me my husband and our toddler and baby going so 2 adults, 2 kids. Since then my parents and brother joined the group. So we were 5 adults, one 3 year old and one baby (18 months). I did not change the reservation but when asked by Betzy about who was traveling I gave them ALL the names and they didnt say that was a problem. Granted we were one baby over the 6 people but my daughter sleep with us and we would not need a separate bed (they even offered a crib and I said we don't need it). Instead of being kind and working with me on this both the owner and the property manager kept repeating to me that the initial booking said 4 and had no answer as to why they didn't alert me to this when i sent them the names of 7 people traveling.What is more they left me outside with two kids for hours.Bottom line is we found a different property that was set up the same way and enjoyed our vacation. When they could have gotten a loyal customer that would come back to the property for years they ruined the beginning of our vacation.This is NOT how business should be conducted.

Great clean place!

The two-bedroom apartments was very clean, with everything one need to stay there. Betzy was very helpful and nice. The buildings, pool, location and apartments were more that we could ask for. I definitely refined this apartment, you won't regret it! Enjoy Puerto Vallarta! ☺️♥️🥰
