You won’t want to leave this large POOL & hot tub home, with a fully fenced in private back yard, open gathering spaces, and two living rooms. This house is nestled between two of the most desired locations in St Augustine, the beaches and downtown.
The location of this home is all you will need to make your vacation perfect! This home is nestled in the most sought-after neighborhood on the island, Davis Shores. With the Bridge of Lions connecting you to everything in historic downtown and the State Park Beach Access just a minute away, you have everything to enjoy right at your fingertips. Anastasia Blvd offers delicious eateries that you can either walk or bike to. The Boulevard also offers some fun nightlife like karaoke, line dancing, and live music at the local’s favorite spots.

This 3-bedroom 2.5 bath is perfect for your next getaway. When you walk in the front door, you will be greeted with a completely open floor plan. A spacious living room with large flat screen TV where you can login to your favorite apps. Downstairs has the king bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and door to the outside patio and pool. There is a half bath located by the kitchen and living room. On the second floor, there is a secondary living room with a day bed and trundle. The first bedroom overlooks the backyard oasis and has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two full beds. These rooms have a shared full bathroom. The kitchen offers a large island to entertain your family, with plenty of utensils to make at-home cooking a breeze. The rear patio door and windows overlook the large saltwater pool in the fully private backyard. The therapeutic 73-jet hot tub will also be sure to please when you want to relax after a full day of exploring the Oldest City!

*Pet Fee - A pet fee will be charged $100 for the stay. Please add your dog/s on the reservation.

Startup kitchen and laundry supplies are provided with each booking.

Children are to be supervised during their stay. Children should not be in or near the pool or hot tub without adult present.

Space for 4 cars only. Please plan accordingly.
No more than 7 guests during your stay per city laws.

No gutting fish or leaving Caracas in house trash cans. Do this at the dock.

Pool:
• No glass in pool area or in the hot tub.
• No diving.
• Wash off ALL beach sand before swimming.
• No dogs in the pool. Dog hair clogs up the system and inhibits the equipment from producing chlorine leading to algae growth.
• Do not leave children unattended at any time.
• Swim at your own risk.


Hot tub:
• Hot tub cover is to remain on when not being used.
• Do not jump in.
• Don’t let children less than 5 years of age use hot tub.
• Limit hot tub soaking. (15 minutes)
• Swim at your own risk.
• Wash off all beach sand before entering.

Pet policy:
• House trained dogs only.
• Please clean up after your dog.
• No dogs allowed in the pool. Dog hair clogs up the system and inhibits the equipment from producing chlorine leading to algae growth.

No fireworks permitted on property.

Children are to be supervised during their stay at all times. Children should not be in or near the pool or hot tub without adult present.
