The Retreat at Champions Gate Resort is an exclusive, new and upscale community of Vacation Homes. Whether it's a beautiful villa with themed rooms that you want to enjoy, a pool/spa or a round of golf, or you want to play all day a the Oasis Clubhouse, the resort has it all.

We are close to the Disney and Universal/Sea World Parks as well as 5-10 minutes from world class shopping and dining.

The area is home to many upscale restaurants as well as Publix, Walgreens, Target and many other shops and restaurants. Orlando Premium Outlets are within 20 minutes by car.

Rental car is recommended. Uber/Lyft available in the area. Area is very convenient with supermarkets, pharmacies, amazing shopping and restaurant options within 5-10 minutes.

POOL/SPA HEATING:
• It will run from 9am-9pm, set to 86ºF
• Pool heat is relative to outdoor temperature. When weather goes below 60 degrees, pool heat might not reach desired temperature. Pool will not heat to 'bath temperature'.
• Pool and Spa heat run on the same equipment; if you want spa heating, it will need to be added.
• We recommend ensuring pool heat reaches the desired temperature before turning on the Spa
• Pool cleanings are scheduled every week, so you might see our pool staff during your stay.

OUTDOOR POOL PROJECTOR
•It functions effectively at night when there is little to no ambient light outside.

STARTER PACKS:
We provide starter pack of soaps, washer pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags and more for your convenience! This is a self catering vacation thereafter. For your convenience, there are two Publix Supermarkets within approx. 2 miles radius as well as Walgreens, CVS and more in the area.

DAILY TRASH PICKUP:
*Trash is picked up between 7 and 8 am every day.
*Trash is to be placed in the brown bin (bench) placed by the entry door.

Resort Quiet Hours: Between 10 PM AND 8 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.

POSTAL SERVICE:
USPS does NOT deliver mail on the property. Only UPS and FEDEX will deliver.
