This was our second time staying in this home and we loved it just as much as the first time we stayed here. The home is very spacious, clean, and overall comfortable. Our whole family enjoys the pool, the theater room, and the game room. I would definitely recommend the home to others and look forward to staying in it again.

Great location. Parking was a challenge at times because of the volume of cars in neighborhood, but as long as your car fits in driveway you’ll be fine!

The home could easily be a five-star property if it were better maintained and properly cleaned between guests. Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay. The washing machine and refrigerator were leaking, and I spent two days cleaning up water. There was also a used Gatorade bottle under the nightstand. The side of the bed had a stained bed cover, and there was a large dead water bug underneath the living room table. It also did not appear that the property had been thoroughly dusted or given a proper deep cleaning before our arrival.Overall, the property itself is absolutely gorgeous and has tremendous potential. With better maintenance, attention to cleanliness, and more thorough preparation between guests, this could truly be a five-star home.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know about the refrigerator and washing machine — we appreciate that you reported those, and our technician was out the same day to repair both. We do want to note that our cleaning team follows a thorough checklist before every arrival, and we didn't receive any messages from you during your stay about cleanliness, a stain, or anything else in the home — the leaks were the only issue raised with us. Had we known, we'd have sent someone right away to address it, just as we did with the appliances. We're glad you enjoyed the home itself, and we'll be doing a full inspection to make sure everything is exactly as it should be for the next guests. We hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future.

The house was beautiful and went well with the theme. Our first impression was that it would not fit everyone comfortably (it was 12 people) but it was very accommodating for everyone's needs. At one point, I had to call a couple people to see where they were and they were in the home somewhere. The bedrooms were spacious and having the bathrooms inside gave everyone their own sense of privacy. We only had an issue with 2 things: there were no additional blankets in the home and a few of the beds were hard, like laying on wood.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing what you enjoyed — especially the theater room, pool and spa area, game spaces, and the amenities for cooking and relaxing. We’re really glad to hear the home worked well for your family’s Orlando trip. I’m sorry to read that a few things didn’t meet your expectations. We never heard from you during your stay, and our property manager is always available and happy to assist right away with anything that needs attention — whether it’s a cleaning concern, extra pillows, or help making a bed more comfortable. We would have gladly addressed these items for you on the spot. We take great care in maintaining the home, and some light wear is normal in a well‑loved family property. We appreciate your feedback and will review your notes with our team to address everything that can be addressed. Thanks again!

The hosts are great; responsive to all emails and efforts to followup as needed on items that needed attention in the house. The house itself is a very nice structure with a good location and workable layout, including game area, movie room and adorably decorated bunk bed style room. The family room is spacious as is the dining table, making the house work well for our large group. The pool and hot tub were also great, once the maintenance company had to be called to turn it on. The issues with the house are maintenance and upkeep. The dishwasher rack was in disrepair; the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker didn’t work; a panel fell off the front of a kitchen drawer; a dining chair wasn’t sturdy; toilet valves/ flushed handles weren’t tight; and the way the house was stocked was below standards for the price we paid of 500/day after adding VRBO fees (tiny bars of soap and squeeze tubes of shampoo, low quality toilet paper and paper towels; initial supply of two garbage bags for a 4 night stay, no sponges or liquid dishwashing soap, no dishwasher pods, no washing machine soap/pods). In short, the house needs a major upgrade in terms of how it is maintained with a property manager that pays attention to the details, not letting the house fall into disrepair.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 12. The problems were the pool was not heated and the hot tub did not work, so we used it as a kiddie pool for the babies. Hopefully we get refunded the 200 I paid for it. The water line in the fridge didn't work, so we had to buy lots of bottled water and ice. And the A/C in the theater room didn't work, so it was hot to watch any movies or TV in there. It stayed 81 degrees in there the whole week. The side of the Moana bed was broken, so the 8 year old just had to be careful. Other than that it was great fun!
