We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Good location. Loved the scenery and sitting on the back porch watching the birds. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable too! Would recommend staying here.

We are hoping that our suggestions we shared about arranging fishing adventures and restaurants that serve delicious boiled shrimp were helpful in making your stay at Kiawah enjoyable. I loved my stay on Kiawah. It was very relaxing, and I loved the property. I spent every morning eating breakfast on the porch and birdwatching. Having beach chairs and towels was very nice. The beach was a nice walk, and the pool was close by as well. The kitchen was well stocked with pans and utensils, and I used the grill a few times to cook dinner. The cottage was clean and up to date. It was nice to be able to wash my clothes before I left. I talked with Ann several times during my stay, and she was very responsive and answered any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend the cottage for those staying on Kiawah. I have stayed there many times in different locations.

This was a beautiful, comfortable, clean, and amazing cottage! It has everything to make your vacation perfect! Gorgeously decorated, fully stocked kitchen, and the most comfortable beds! The lagoon is teeming with wildlife and the beach is around the corner! We love this place and will definitely visit again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful setting, back porch so cozy, relaxing and a ton of nature! Bring a book, watch birds, just relax! Home is equipped with everything you need! Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything, but the back deck is the best! Bike ride to the beach, store or just enjoy the beautiful paths! Great stay, Ann was amazing!

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. The location is excellent with gorgeous relaxing views, the bed is super comfortable, and the home is very well equipped and clean. Ann provided excellent communication. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Lovely cottage. Definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s warm, cozy, and clean. The lagoon in the back was beautiful. If you’re looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature that wraps you up in a warm blanket, this is it. We will be coming back.

We loved the property. We have stayed at a number of Greenslake Cottages over the years and this one definitely had the best lagoon view. The bird feeder attracted tons of birds and we had a couple of small alligators swim by. The cottage was very clean and very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were comfortable. Very easy to work with owners. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Our view of the lagoon and birds is so refreshing and relaxing. It reminds us of the beautiful world we have here at Kiawah gives us the chance to truly relax on our vacation. Perfect Vacation Spot

We have been to Kiawah many times and have stayed in several lovely townhomes and cottages, though never the same one twice - until now! Ann & Hollis' cottage is perfect in every way, from the well-appointed kitchen to the beautiful lagoon view, it was exceptional in every way. We will definitely book this cottage again!

Relaxing vacation

This property had everything we needed for our stay and was very clean. Location is great- quick walk to the pool or beach and easy to get to Freshfields Village for dinner or shopping. The view from the back porch and living room is peaceful and we saw plenty of wildlife. Thank you for a great vacation!

Nature’s Cottage

This cottage was great for 2 couples. It was very comfortable and had everything that you might need. Short walk to a beautiful Kiawah beach. We saw a variety of birds and an alligator floated by a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy, adorable cottage

Perfect cottage for four adults. Well stocked and tastefully decorated. A beautiful little corner of Kiawah. On a quiet pond site with very entertaining bird and wildlife including deer, jumping fish and of course, alligators.

PERFECT!

I can't say enough about our stay! We have been traveling for many years and this is only the second property that I have found to be perfect. So beautifully decorated and comfortable. Loved seeing all the wild life around the lagoon and the beach. Will be back again!

Serene getaway!

Beautiful home overlooking one of the ponds on Kiawah with screened porch and deck to see all the wildlife. Tucked away, so it's very peaceful but also a short walk or ride to the beach. Bring your bikes! Great trails all over the island.

Comfortable and Tranquil

My wife, two daughters and I had a wonderful four-night stay in August. The home was very well-appointed and clean. Ann was a great hostess and checked in with us often. We hope to rerun next year!

Wonderful marathon weekend

Ann was an excellent communicator and was accommodating in meeting our needs. The home was an excellent location for the start and finish of the Kiawah Marathon. Kitchen was well-stocked. Home provided for a wonderful week-end at Kiawah.

Great location for a race

Such a perfect space for our stay, love how tucked away this property feels but is so close to beach, pool, and gate. The deadbolt is misaligned which makes unlocking/locking difficult
