The condo overlooked all the action of Old Orchard Beach. The kids with us loved watching the fireworks and street performers from the balcony. The host was excellent and got back to us quickly before and during our stay. We stay in rentals 4 times per year and I can say that this Confo was the most equipped than the rest. From towels, sheets, cooking supplies and everything you would need for a OOB vacation was supplied. Thank you.

Thank you so much for your kind words! It truly means a lot to hear that you and your family had such a wonderful time. I'm so glad the kids enjoyed watching the fireworks and street performers from the balcony—it's one of my favorite parts of Old Orchard Beach too! I also really appreciate your comments about the condo. I try my best to make sure guests have everything they need to feel comfortable and at home, so it's wonderful to hear that those little details made a difference. Thank you for being such thoughtful guests. It was a pleasure hosting you, and I hope to welcome you and your family back for another Old Orchard Beach vacation in the future!

Sweet 16 Staycation

We loved this condo and it worked perfectly for our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party. We made it a fun weekend and really appreciated Ying and Bill responsiveness and hospitality! I highly recommend this property.

Great stay!

I was so impressed with this condo. Easy to get in and out of. Lots of good communication with the host. Clean and lots of extra linens and towels. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning just watching the waves and all the rides be tested.

Very nice condo for 6 ladies

The view of the beach and the rides was great. The condo is very spacious. I can’t recommend using the pull out couch but other than that every thing was very comfy. Ying responded quickly when we had a small problem with the coffee maker

Great location

We had 3 adults and 5 kids. Beds for everyone and plenty of space to hang out together in the living room and kitchen. Awesome location, walkable to lots of shops and restaurants, plus the kids loved seeing the rides lit up at night. Close to the beach to come back and eat lunch in the condo. The pier was fun for nightlife. We would come back in a heartbeat! Ying was an great host, on top of communication and very helpful.

Family time!

It’s great to be able to get away and forget about your troubles. Spending time with family has always meant more to me than anything. There was plenty of room for everyone in our condo. The place was beautiful. The location was perfect (minus the trains going by lol). Sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and the people watching were some of the highlights. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Experience

We've been staying at Old Orchard Beach yearly for 25+ years and this was the most enjoyable experience to date. The unit was in a great location directly across from the amusement park allowing for endless people watching fun. The ocean view was great for firework nights and the beach is just a 100yds away. Definitely plan to stay here again! Ying was great to deal with and was very quick to answer any querstions. 5 Stars!

Off season

I was not impressed with the manager there I asked him if we could pay extra for additional parking which he said no. To park like two blocks over in a dark area. Which I did not like. There was a lot of fruit flys in the kitchen sink and some in the bathroom our doors to the balcony’s did not lock. I cleaned to try to get rid of the fruit flys. Also everything was closed because of the off season which I thought Oct is fall not winter. The price of the room was high to me I did talk to different owner they said we could of stay other places way cheaper. Next time I will know. But the owner of the place was really nice. Place was nice except all those fruit flys.

Kelly, I am really sorry about the fruit flies, they grew in the kitchen sink in a few days after I cleaned up the condo . I removed all of them with your help. For the off season, normally everything is closed except Lisa Pizza after Columbia Day every year. About the parking, the building manager cannot let you park on other owner's spot even you pay, because other owner will need their spot. In the summer , the offsite parking is about 3 mins walking, but after October 1st ,the street parking is free at Old Orchard Beach, that's why you can park 2 blocks away. But again thank you for keep the condo very clean. Take care.

We drove cross country to visit our ocean fav town and this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom was as promised, spacious and generally comfortable with a first hand view of all things over the center of the town and play land. We stayed mid April until June so our goal was lengthy stay with some off season rates. The balcony was great for people watching and views for the ocean. The arcade and play land weren't open for most of the time we were there...until Memorial Day weekend. Once it got going there, it was a real hoot. We were a bit disappointed that the building facility itself which manages the indoor heated pool did not have it filled until after we were there over 40 days. It would've been nice to have that as an option on the really cold days in the spring. We did have a chance to use it a few times after that and it was wonderful. I'd recommend the property and our host as well as Old Orchard. Our visit was to establish ourselves in the community and we achieved that! Thanks for sharing our travels.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! It was truly a pleasure hosting you during your extended stay. I'm so happy to hear that you enjoyed the condo, the ocean views, and watching Old Orchard Beach come to life as the season progressed. The balcony is one of my favorite spots too—it offers such a unique view of the town and the ocean. I completely understand your disappointment regarding the indoor pool. I had been eagerly waiting for it to be available as well. I'm glad you were at least able to enjoy it a few times before your departure. It means a lot to hear that your visit helped you establish yourselves in the community and accomplish your goals. Thank you for choosing my condo as your home away from home during that journey. I truly appreciate your kindness, and I hope Old Orchard Beach continues to be a special place for you for years to come. Wishing you safe travels and all the best, and I would be delighted to host you again anytime! Warmly, Ying

Pool was not working and according to discussion with another owner, it has not been working for 3 to 4 months. The owner of our unit should have noted this in the description. Some of the furniture was in poor condition. Lightning in living room was poor. No instructions for televisions. We figured out how to operate the living room television and one bedroom television. Master bedroom television was not useable! No instructions on what to do with garbage. Owner did respond to garbage issue by text.
