Great location, close to everything and a beautiful view of the beach. Check in and check out was easy. The property was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

Main bedroom should have a king size bed. Bed was small and way to soft my husband ended up sleeping on floor and there was no extra sheets for the couch where my dad was sleeping.

Thank you for your feedback. My listing accurately states that the bedrooms have queen-size beds, although I understand that some guests may prefer a king. Mattress firmness is a matter of personal preference, and I’m sorry it wasn’t comfortable for your husband. I also apologize that extra sheets were not left out for the sleeper sofa. I wish you had contacted me during your stay, as I would have gladly given you access to the storage closet where additional linens were available. I appreciate your feedback and hope you otherwise enjoyed your time in Old Orchard Beach.

The property was just as advertised. It was nice to be able to walk to beach and restaurants rather than finding parking. Only suggestion would be to have blackout shades in the bedroom with the en suite. The lights from the amusement park next door had the bedroom lit up almost as bright as daylight all night long. There was also no mention of the train track a block away and had multiple trains run through the night blowing their horns as they went. It was quite a shock waking up to that at 1:30am the first night.

We loved our stay at this place. It exceeded our expectations! We traveled with 2 young kids, one slept on the pullout couch and another in the 2nd bedroom. Helped so much to have some space with young kids and all the chaos they bring. The views are amazing. Sitting out front sipping by coffee while reading and listening to the ocean waves was an amazing way to start the day. We had music playing below us every afternoon and most evenings, such a wonderful way to be a part of the action while also being right in our PJs ready for bed. And nothing beats the view of the fireworks! We had a front row seat! I was a little worried about the noise level before, but it wasn't bad at all. We tend to go to bed by 9-10 or so, there was definitely still noise but not incredibly loud. We brought a white noise machine and the master suite had a fan we used to help drown out sound. We slept very well and the kids also slept well. Lots of things in the rental as well if you want to cook a few nights, great size fridge, etc. Definitely bring a sweatshirt because if its a particulary breezy day, the outdoor spaces will feel cool. Brianna was also incredibly responsive when I had any questions. When you travel with young kids, its so hard to make it feel like a true vacation for the parents. This place definitely made parts/moments feel like we as parents got to relax and have a "vacation" as well. We look forward to booking next year!

This condo is an absolute must for anyone looking to stay at old orchard! The kids and I were able to do just about everything that’s offered by the pier in one day!We had such a good time and with the position and views this condo offers it’s a once in a lifetime unforgettable experience!!We strongly recommend anyone staying here :)

The space was huge and lovely! We loved the multiple porches and had a great time. One thing would be to have beach chairs/beach equipment in the unit for people to utilize during their stay.

I truly appreciate your suggestion regarding beach chairs and equipment. While I completely understand how helpful that would be, the building’s management kindly requests that beach items not be brought into the building and be stored in vehicles. To remain in compliance with these guidelines and to help prevent guests from unintentionally leaving with any beach equipment I provide, I’ve opted not to provide beach equipment. I hope this didn’t detract from your overall experience, and I sincerely appreciate your understanding. It would be a pleasure to host you again in the future!

Great Stay

This is a great location and condo. Great views of the ocean and surrounded by places to eat and a fun little arcade and entertainment area. Condo was clean and well kept.

We had a wonderful stay even though the weather wasn’t great. Our host was amazing and responded quickly and was so kind. The condo was wonderful and had everything we needed. I would recommend anyone looking for a place on the beach to stay here! 10 out of 10. We will definitely be back!

Family Get A way

It was a great location I was afraid it would be noisy but with the windows and doors shut it was very quiet Loved sitting on the balconies and watching all the action on the beach

Beautiful space and location!

This place was exactly as advertised, even better! The location was so fun, being able to see the beach and pier from one side, and Palace Playland on the other! Well stocked, comfortable furniture and beds, beautiful kitchen. I would recommend this stay to anyone coming to OOB!
