Update: Amenity areas are currently closed due to storm damage..
The beach is calling and I must go! Sunset view studio condo located at an oceanfront resort. Condo offers a King sized bed, kitchenette, and bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Direct oceanfront access from the property. Resort boasts three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, two hot tubs, sauna, and gym. On site restaurant and tiki bar on the outdoor pool deck. Fantastic central location, close to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.
This property does not have a private balcony and has a Street view !

Pool and amenity areas temporarily closed for exterior work on property.
Please be advised: Hurricane IAN & NICOLE caused damage to the resort amenity areas.
Resort amenity's are currently out of service for guest use. Pools and spas are still closed.
Please contact us for more information. Beach access is still available by walking around the building.
We do not have re-opening dates for pool deck, or indoor pool area. We are hopeful that it will be sometime in the near future.
Parking : Resort allows one car per condo.
Parking pass is located inside the condo and must be returned to condo at end of stay.
If you are traveling with more than one vehicle, there is a parking garage about a mile and a half South of the property.

Hi, I’m Kelly. This condo is proudly hosted by Daytona Vacation Rental. We are a local property management company that is family owned and operated. Our family has been in business for over 30 years. My fiancé Justin and I live in the greater Daytona Beach area. We find joy in being hosts for vacation rental properties. We like to make all of our guests stays as memorable as possible. We love to travel ourselves and it is so important to us to make sure that our guests experience the same thing that we would hope to experience.
