Bright, sunny end unit! Blocks away from shopping and restaurants. This fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath condo comes with everything you need to feel at home. Covered parking near 2nd floor unit and elevator. Visit with friendly neighbors from all over as you enjoy the beautiful heated outdoor pool, large community room, gym with locker room and sauna. Tennis courts, pickle ball as well as shuffleboard courts. Sit under the tree and BBQ at outdoor grill and picnic area.

We are originally from Iowa and fell in love with this area. We live 10 minutes away. We are new landlords and are available as needed. We want to share this area we love with others.

We bought this location because it is such a convenient location to everything SWFL offers.

From this location you can easily spend a day shopping or shark tooth hunting in Venice or spend the afternoon in the Everglades. It is only about 5 miles from downtown which has many unique shops and restaurants as well as weekly events. It is close to Ft Myers, Bonita and lovers key beach area as well as Sanibel Island, Marco and Captiva Islands.
