Summary:
NO STORM DAMAGE TO THIS UNIT! CLICK 'SHOW MORE' FOR UPDATES. Welcome to our NEWLY RENOVATED beach cottage! This cozy room has all the essentials for a great getaway. Newer furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen make you feel at home. To top off this studio home, you get the added benefits of a great location. From the front balcony you can enjoy a close up view of the dolphins and manatees parading up and down the intercoastal waterway.
The Space:
This unit was not damaged during the hurricanes. However, The lower level units and the pool did sustain damages. Pool and lower unit repairs are underway. Construction activites should be expected during working hours. Ask about local discounts for displaced residents and contractors discounts.
This is a small studio apartment. Approximately 325 sq ft. The unit is clean and comfortable with recent painting and some new furniture. Although the interior may be small, it is perfect for a couples retreat or small family getaway.
The Neighborhood:
Indian Shores is the hidden secret of the Pinellas Beaches. We are close enough to the action for a short drive or Uber, but far enough away to get the peace and relaxation you are looking for. Here is a list of Attractions and travel times:

Public beach trolley has a stop right in front of our building going either direction. For $1, you can get to any of the other beach communities. Uber and Lyft are also plentiful.
