This condo exceeded our expectations in spaciousness and cleanliness. The layout is very comfortable and accommodating for the guests. Some of the standouts for my family were the alcove in the master bedroom with its own sink and vanity even though there was a full bath in there already! We also loved the balcony for its size and spectacular view! We spent a lot of time on it’s porch swing! Also we were very happy to have access to a pool as it was an unprecedented jellyfish week so we were able to enjoy the beach and cool off at the pool ! The hosts are very personable and easy to communicate with . Loved our stay here!

Neta, We had a lovely week at your rental home at Ocean City. We appreciate how well stocked the unit was. We enjoyed the porch and the quick walk to the ocean. We would love to return sometime in the future and stay at your unit. It was a great vacation.

Great Condo

This condo was perfect for our group! We LOVED the deck for the kids to run around. The wall were nice a thick to allow for kids to sleep and adults to stay up and we never felt cramped. Great proximity to the beach and the pool was an added bonus. Will definitely stay again!

This property is so clean and well laid out. It is decorated perfectly and stocked with everything you didn't know you needed. The location is amazing. It is steps away from the beach and close to stores and entertainment. The Owners are super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back next Summer

The condo was amazing, very clean, decorated beautifully, spacious, and our hostess, Neta, was very personable and readily available with anything we would have needed. The parking situation was superb, two vehicles in two very safe covered parking spots. We will definitely be booking again for next year. This condo is a hidden gem! Don't hesitate to book.

Our rental was wonderful,clean and many updated appliances which was really nice. Plenty of room for us all and the location is perfect. Neta was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely stay again next year!

Excellent OC beach vacation spot

Our second time at this location - it's beautiful. Very well maintained, it feels like a home away from home. Just a few steps from the beach, it's one of the few locations we've stayed where our family of 5 doesn't feel crowded - very spacious. Neta and Davey (owners) are wonderful and answered all our questions before arrival. If you're looking for a place to stay and want to avoid the high rise condos you must give this location a try. We plan to make it a yearly destination for our family summer vacation.

This property is very spacious and beautiful inside. It’s great that you can see the ocean from the living room and deck. Has a big deck and a nice short walk to the beach and pool. The kitchen is well supplied with anything you need. Short walk to the stores for food and drink. We had two young boys and six adults and had plenty of room. Thank you for keeping up with your place we really enjoyed ourselves. Hopefully be back next year!

Fabulous!

I cannot say enough about this rental! Much larger than I expected, with truly EVERYTHING you might need. We needed to move from our usual rental due to an increase in our family size and I am so, so happy we found this gem! Truly a home away from home, and this will absolutely be our only choice when we come back next summer! Thank you, Neta and Davey, for such a wonderful stay in addition to your graciousness and hospitality! We can’t wait for next summer!!!

Great Ocean City, MD rental for couples or families!

This three-bedroom unit was perfect for our long weekend in Ocean City! The unit is in excellent shape, and it was plenty big for the five of us, but could easily accommodate eight people. This was a friends getaway for a music festival and we were two couples and a another friend. It’s a 1 minute walk to the beach and while we didn’t use the pool area, it’s right there as well. This unit is several miles north of the boardwalk, but there are still plenty of restaurants and shops around within walking distance. The owner, Neta, was great to work with and I would recommend this rental to anyone!

OCEAN’S CALLING

So grateful we found Neta’s place! After a long drive in from Baltimore and a bit Jet lagged, it was HOME the second we walked in the door. Clean! Cozy (yet Spacious!) On the beach (just a few steps… & Beautiful view from the huge living room windows!) We came to OCMD for the Ocean’s Calling music festival on the boardwalk. It was the perfect retrieve. Every accommodation we could have wished for. Thank you Neta for sharing your home with us. It was our first time to Ocean City and we left a “peace” of our hearts there. Lovely place, wonderful owners! Do not second guess booking here!

Disappointing

We have stayed at this property for 5 years and have always enjoyed it's location and well stocked kitchen. The past two years, the air conditioners in the two smaller bedrooms have smelled very musty and have dampened everything in the rooms (clothing etc). This year, we had to sleep with the windows open because of the musty smell in the one bedroom. At the end of our stay, we cleaned up the condo as always (made the beds, wiped the surfaces etc). The owner then sent a vague message that the place was left in "horrible condition" and that we were not welcome there again. When I asked for specifics, she could not give me any and our ENTIRE security deposit was returned.

My husband and I take great pride in our rental properties and 14 out of 24 reviews mention how clean this unit is—immaculate, super clean, very well kept, etc. We depend on our housekeeper to have the condo in top shape for our renters; so, we take her recommendations about allowing renters to return very seriously. After this family left, my housekeeper sent a text saying the condo was in horrible condition. The family asked to rent again next year and based on our housekeeper’s recommendation, we declined to book the family for 2016. The reviewer mentions an issue with the bedroom AC units. She has rented from us for five years and knows if she has any problem, we take care of it as quickly as possible. If she had the issues alleged with the AC units, I do not understand why she didn’t tell us and, more importantly, why she would want to book for a sixth year. I feel this negative review was done in retaliation for us not renting to the family next year.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, nicely decorated, had a great atmosphere, and made you feel comfortable being there. The host was wonderful. I have never had such an open line of communication with any of my past rentals. The beach was a quick walk and you did not have to cross any roads. It was an overall great experience for myself and my family.

The property was spacious, clean. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, pots & pans ; the appliances were newer. The beach was very close, beach view from house & porch. The porch was large with table, chairs & swing. We really enjoyed our week!

Great Beach place!

The place was amazing, super clean and location was great, the beach is steps away! Neta was awesome! There was plenty of room for 5 adults and a toddler. No one was on top of each other. We'll definitely be going back!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice

It’s a hidden gem right off the beach! Quiet, no elevators to wait for, and no one to worry about being below you (if you have kids, you know). The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of Tupperware, chip clips, knives and silverware. They also provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, which saves so much room when traveling. Neta and Dave have really thought of everything, and that made our stay so much more enjoyable!

Great time with the family! Very convenient to go back and forth to beach for bathroom breaks, more drinks, snacks, etc. The pool passes were great for colder beach days.
